For drawing request, how about..
Jay looking at the sky up above, feeling so peaceful as if those burdens/weights inside his head just.. disappear
I know he's been shown to be the hyperactive one multiple times just.. imagine him in a calmer state once when he found a connection to the sky

I wasn't expecting this, but I love this idea sm, anon, and also love drawing skies.
He probably could barely see the sky while working in the Administration. So I imagine him taking the time to simply connect with nature now that he's free and can enjoy these things he missed.
And I think that's when he'd come up with the idea of wings again.
