So…

I realise this blog has been pretty inactive since I graduated, but after much thinking and talking and working, I am going back to law school. It’s been a wild three years, probably for everyone, but I had my last day at work yesterday and felt that since I’m becoming a student again it was time to resurrect this account again so you can once more see my hectic notes and messy handwriting. It’s a good way to keep me motivated and accountable for actually studying 😅

Hi! Do you study law in the uk? i saw you're taking a criminology module, how do you find it?

I... don’t know when this was sent or if I already answered it buuuut yes, I studied in the UK, and I loved my criminology module, it was one of my favourite modules. It was challenging at times because it’s a bit more science-y than other law modules and required looking at stats and stuff and that’s never been a strong point for me but I’ve always been interested in like, prisons and why crime occurs and the effect of crime (particularly drug related crime) on the community since I was like, 14 or 15 so that’s probably why.

Sorry I have been absent for soooo long, I’ve been really quite ill for a little while now plus trying to get back into a rhythm after graduating, but I’m planning to become more active again on here with my journal. I’ll be doing a couple of weekly spreads later today so hopefully I’ll be posting again more frequently 😊

I’m sorry I’ve not posted in a while- things have been pretty crazy. I’m currently working two jobs and volunteering in another which has cut down my time, plus I’ve had a severe infection in my finger that resulted in minor surgery. It’s healing very well, but as it was my dominant hand I haven’t been able to hold a pen for a couple of weeks so journaling was pretty impossible. I can use my other hand, but it looks like a little kid writing and takes forever 😅 I’m able to use my dominant hand again now though (although it gets tired after a while and there’s still some bruising in the hand itself) so hopefully I can post properly again soon 😊

Hey guys, hope everyone is having a good end to the summer!

I’m trying out a new layout at the moment because I don’t need so much space now I’ve graduated. I’m working a lot in different places though so still need a diary to work out where I am and when 😅

It’s not hugely decorated at the moment either, mostly because I have less time, but also because this week was super hard. My boyfriend and I split up and I’m a bit all over the place emotionally, especially since my more creative side has been somewhat dormant for the last year due to studying and other things going on in my life. I think getting back into my old hobbies will be good for me though and help me to feel more grounded, especially since a lot of change has happened in the past two months in my life. I don’t really like getting too personal on my blogs, but sometimes you just have to vent a little 😅

Had my first exam of the season yesterday and have now completed 2/3 of the modules for this year. I still have two more exams to go but my brain has decided that it’s summer now and I’m struggling to focus today 😂
