Welcome to pemzin weekend 2025!

The event is a three-day event running from Friday, Septmeber 12th - Sunday, September 14th

This fandom event is dedicated to Pema x Tenzin shippers. No matter if they're your OTP, or just a pairing you enjoy, come and join in on the fun!

All types of fanworks are allowed and encouraged. The only limitation to your creativity is tumblr's user guidelines, but if you feel limited by this hellsite, there is also an AO3 collection!

FAQs

Q: Can fics and fanworks contain characters other than Tenzin and Pema?

A: Of course! Pemzin should just be the focus of whatever you're making. This is pemzin weekend, after all.

Q: When you say "all subject matter, and content of all ratings is allowed," what does that really mean?

A: It means what it says. I'm not going to censor anyone. You just need to watch your own backside when it comes to tunglr's user guidelines. Make it dark, make it get you put on a watchlist, make it borderline illegal. I don't care. It's fiction. It's not real. Do whatever.

Q: Is fluff allowed??

A: YES! Make them kiss and hug and laugh. Literally do whatever you want.

Q: Why are there so many "alt prompts"?

A: Most of the time with these fandom events, my main problem with participating is the censoring of fanworks and the lack of prompt options. I wanted to give people lots of options because it sucks liking the vibe of an event and getting turned off because the prompts are just NOT anything that sparks joy.

Q: Do I have to do ALL these prompts? What if I don't like any of the prompts?

A: No! Do one prompt. Do half a prompt. Throw all the prompts out the window and make something completely different. The only limitation is what you can cook up in that brain of yours.

Q: Is AI allowed?

A: No.

Q: Is this just an event for fanfiction, or can I make other types of fanworks like art, videos, aesthetics, or analytical meta?

A: This event supports fanworks of all types.

Q: Does Linzin endgame/cheating/adultery count as pemzin?

A: You have a brain worm like RFK Jr.

Q: What do I do if I have any other questions?

A: My ask box is open and so are my DMs. Anon asks are on and I don't bite. Ask away!

You made a poll and everyone voted to have the event in July and then you're setting it in September? Then why the poll?

Setting the event in July ended up not being realistic. This is something I'm organizing for fun! and I need to do it at my own pace, which is slow. So, I want to give people enough time to actually make their fanworks after I've sorted out the background details.

Sometimes, we make plans, and the universe says, "Nope!" and that's okay. I know my limits.

The event will be Friday, September 12th, through Sunday, September 14th!

can we include parenting fluff or is this only pemzin?

Of course other characters can be involved! Pemzin should be the focal point, and fanworks including the kids would naturally lead to pemzin-themed content. Who doesn't love the air kids? Parenting fluff is perfect for pemzin week!

what if we want to do all the prompts?

You can do as many prompts as your heart desires! There's no restrictions on how many submissions one person does!

how many prompt slots will be open?

That ultimately depends on how many submissions there are, but I'd like to do at least 4 for each day so people don't feel limited in what there is to choose from
