My latest project was this beautiful beast. I'd estimate that I put between 40 and 50 hours into this gorgeous, witchy cauldron, and I'm absolutely in love with the final results. I've included the before and after photos of the backstitching, just to show how much of a difference it makes.

I finished my embroidered moon to go with my sun. It was so much fun to do all the little French knots and the rays from the craters, and to try some new kinds of metallic thread. The larger areas are needlefelted.

Next in the Crafty Tarot Cards, we have ‘The Stitcher’!  Lol, it was insanely difficult to figure out how to make cross stitch look more like cross stitch.

Week 2, Biscuit week, or the week where i’m always super happy that i eat american cookies and not british biscuits. Though i still wouldn’t turn down the opportunity to try these cookies, so i guess i shouldn’t judge them too hard.
