Downloaded for Zayne but Sylus is my main. My first impression of him when his trailer came out had me laughing. The OG3 were all (at face-value) sweet and fluffy guys. There was softness to them with Rafayel being the more dangeous one. Especially after the tail reveal and the Nest chapter? A chunk of the community no longer trusted him and questioned his motives. I'm yapping too much on that, anyway...

Then Sylus' trailer came I was like, " PFFfttt omg who is this Shadow the Edgehog Dante lookin meme Chad face guy? Oh god I can NOT wait to beat his dark ass at kitty cards and make him wear cute shit. " I wanted to bully him and knock him down a peg. I wanted to ruin that man. I wanted to fight him.

But as I read his story he wasn't the guy I thought he would be. Instead of being a threat, he was a playful rival and even a mentor. Instead of being over protective and brooding, he was encouraging MC to be stronger. He didn't baby her, he said "You got this." And he's like...cute? Not just handsome but adorable in a way the OG3 are. All his micro expressions showed so much more of him and his dangerous slit eyes turn into puppy eyes in several instances that just makes me clutch my heart. How dare you? How dare you look like this and be so fucking precious?

And then his 2nd myth came out.

I was done.

I fucking love dragons. I love monster men. I love this man. I LOVE LITTERAL SOULMATE SHIT! I LOVE BIG SWORDS! Both he and MC felt like partners, friends and rivals. They just clicked together and I love to see them both in action seamlessly, to banter with one another while they pop off, fists covered in blood grinning madly as they enjoy the thrill of the fight and dominant the world side by side, I just have so much love for that dynamic and character type! Xavier is close given their academy time together and being coworkers (and his new myth probably but I haven't read it on youtube yet) but Sylus and MC have more of a bloodthirsty raw feel to it, ready to fight, scratch, scream and bleed together. And I love that shit.

On top of this, my birthstone is ruby(July), my chinese zodiac is dragon('88), western zodiac is leo(kitten? Srsly?) and he was released on my birthday month so I think the universe was like, "Happy birthday! Have a crime boss!" and I'm more than okay with that.

I still want to fight him though. 😮‍💨

The outfit I'm using for the story quests is very toned down compared to the burst of rainbow I posted. I reeeeaallly like this too.

The tower reminds me of Kugane tower in FFXIV in a sense that they're both jump puzzles. This one way way easier to make it to the top though. The one in FFXIV had me actually yelling at my monitor. 😂 I wish I could do more poses with the dragon.

notion (free to use, and although there is an AI function, notion has explicitly said that it does not scrape your data/allow 3rd party clients to use that data at all)

scrivener (59.99 one time payment, but its a super robust tool for writing and organization)

zenwriter (4.95/month sub or 29.95 one time payment; very bare bones writing tool to cut out all distractions; i couldn't find specific language that addresses ai usage of data so... i can't say one way or the other?)

A cooking mini game would be fun and then they can sit down and eat together. I'm probably going overboard but, since they each have different tastes that could be incorporated in the cooking choices. Like imagine making something with carrots for Zayne and he just gives you a Look.

We already have Zayne with his habit of organizing everything he comes across and also kitty Zayne folding his blanket. Then there's Sylus dusting his shelves. We could have Raf washing the dishes or something lol

It's been a year and a half since the game's release. Why isn't there a mukbang mode yet?

Also practicing a bit, I am still trying to find a way to draw them in my style but more simply that this one because it took me so long to finish and I keep losing motivation mid drawing…

So I noticed I have trouble trying to translate 3D to 2D in my mind's eye when it comes to Sylus and when I do picture him in my head as 2D, fucking Akagi shows up. 😭

I never even watched or read Akagi, I was a Kaiji girlie and yet this man's visage corrupts my vision of Sylus! (Someday I'll watch/read it though.) I have to pull up a picture of Sy to force myself to remember what he actually looks like. I stare at him all the time, what the hell brain? This just means I need to draw him more. 😔
