“You’re Not Perfect” Lou x Mandy (Redemption AU)

Lou felt his body get ready to fall asleep. He tried to keep himself up as his vision faded little by little. But unfortunately, his body gave in, and fell asleep.

Mandy came in and saw Lou asleep standing up, mop still in hand. Before he could fall, she gasped and caught up. He immediately jolted up and rubbed his eyes.

“Wh—! What happened!?” He exclaimed. He looked at Mandy in surprise as she held him up. “What’re you doing here?”

“I’m here to get you something to eat. You really need the energy…” Mandy said handing his a paper bag.

He looked at her then the food confused. “Why’re you giving me this?”

“Because you can’t work without eating. C’mon, we’re not *that* cruel. Now eat.”

She shoved the bag at his chest and grabbed it. He can smell a cheeseburger and fries. Too much carbs… but it smells amazing…

Screw it.

He opened the bag quickly and stuffed a handful of fries in his mouth. He was greasy and salty and he felt disgusting. But his hunger overpowered his insecurity and guilt and he kept eating.

“Also, I talked to Moxy…”

“Big surprise.” Lou said rolling his eyes.

“Let me finish.” She said sternly. “I talked to her and we decided to… give you a second chance.”

Lou stopped eating. He looked at her confused and a little suspiciously. There was a long silence. Then he started laughing hysterically.

“What?” Mandy said.

“That’s hilarious! Totally funny! What, did you just come here to tease me into thinking you will forgive me!? Yeah, that’s funny! So so funny!”

“It’s not a joke! I’d never joke like that! You know that!”

“Then, tell me, Mandy, what did I do to deserve being given a second chance? Was it the almost burning you part or the gauntlet? Tell me, Mandy! PLEASE tell me!” He yelled, keeping a smile that showed his sanity was slowly decreasing.

Mandy frowned and sighed. “I just thought you deserved a second chance because I know that there’s just a little bit of kindness left in you…”

Lou started at her angrily. He felt his eyes sting. “Well, there’s no point in giving me a second chance… I’ve caused to much trouble…”

His voice cracked and he hands started shaking. Mandy frowned and hugged him tightly. He didn’t wanna hug back but it felt too comforting… he hugged back tightly and cried in her shoulder.

“I’m sorry, Mandy… I deserve this…!”

“No you don’t… you were upset about something unfair… and that anger took over you… you don’t deserve any punishment…”

Lou didn’t say anything. Mandy pulls away and cupped his cheeks.

“I love you Lou… you’re not perfect… and I can teach you to embrace that and be a good person… what do you say?”

Lou was quiet. He didn’t say anything for a long time. It felt like almost an eternity. He looked down and sighed.

“Okay…”

Mandy smiled. “Really?”

Lou nodded. “I wanna be a good person…”

Mandy higged him tightly. “Awesome!! C’mon!”

“W-Wait, now!?”

“Yes, now!”

“Baby Doll” Lou x Mandy (ft. fanchild) fic [Requested]

Lou and Mandy woke up to the sound of crying from the next room. Mandy groaned and at up tiredly only for Lou to put a hand on hers and kiss it softly.

“I get it, sweetheart,” he mumbled. “You can go back to sleep.”

“No, Lou, it’s okay. I’ll get him.” Mandy insisted.

“You took care for him two nights in a row. I’ll do it.”

Mandy sighed and kisses him softly. “Alright, baby…”

She got comfy in the bed again and sighed. Lou kissed her forehead before getting up and going to be next room. In that room was a nursery with a baby in a crib crying and reaching out for their dad.

“Hi, Ollie…” he said softly. “What’s wrong, buddy…?”

He picked him up and kissed his forehead, holding his close. “Are you hungry?”

Ollie whimpered as he nuzzles into Lou’s chest. He sighed and went to the kitchen. He put him on the couch, putting pillows around him before going to get milk for him. As he prepared the bottle, he heard Mandy coming downstairs.

“Mandy, I told you to get some rest.” He called to her.

“Heyyyyy,” Mandy giggled. “A woman can’t be with her husband while he takes care of their kid?”

He chuckled. “She can but she *should* get some sleep after taking care for their baby for two days in a row.”

“Aw, how sweet! You caaaare…!” She kissed him on the cheek.

“Well, you’re my wife, silly.”

“Still.”

Lou closed the bottle and went back to the living room. Ollie whined and reached for the bottle.

“Alright, calm down. Here you go.”

He gave him the bottle and he held it as Ollie drank it all quickly.

“Big appetite.” Mandy chuckled.

“Yeah.”

“He gets that from you.”

“I do *not* have a big appetite. I’m a lying stick figure.”

“Really? I’ve seen you eat very fast in big bites.”

“Quiet and help me get Ollie to sleep.”

She chuckled and picked up Ollie once he was done with his milk. She patted his back gently, humming softly. A few seconds pass, and they hear a tiny burp.

“There you go…! All better…?” She smiled.

Ollie let out a tiny yawn and Lou took him back to bed. The couple finally got back to bed and Lou sighed in relief.

“A few more years of this…” Lou said tiredly.

“Mhm. But it’s worth it.”

“You got that right…”

Lou kisses her tiredly and got comfy, holding her close to his chest.

“Goodnight, Mandy…”

“Goodnight, Lou…”
