An exercise on using single lighting to create depth and mood in photography. Another technique I applied is the use of slow shutter speed, setting my camera to f 7.1, “0.3 for shutter, ISO200 to add a more dramatic effect. I used a simple desk lamp, and used plastic tubs and moving boxes to give my light source more height. What are your thoughts on this DIY set up? Sounds raggedy but I’ll always pride myself having a DIY attitude.
You may have noticed that the use of slower shutter speeds to create dramatic effects, have always been present ever since I started taking photos. I felt the need to apply the technique today because of a simple reason: why the heck not?
The “Ex-Girlfriend Evolution” is an expression of how someone may internalize negative experiences.
