Lucifer was condemned to guard the beast’s heart, for it was the only way to see Alastor again 🥀

I based this on the story of Davy Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean, how he fell in love with the goddess Calypso and ended up ripping out his own heart. And also on how Will Turner was cursed to meet Elizabeth only once every 10 years on the shore. Plus, I was really inspired by the soundtrack, especially "Epic Love Theme"
