He's from the undercity so I have a good guess on why he gets one but who's in danger?

Also more serious question, what's the reasoning behind zed's eye colour, cause while it's great for the character design purple eyes are not very human or at least very rare so I was just wondering

Cub has a gun. That's all you need to worry about 😛

Who's in danger? Better question, who isn't in danger?

Zed's eyes are purple because they're purple on his skin, that's all! If you look at his skin and most fanart of him, he has purple eyes, so that's apart of his character design! He's 100% human I swear!

That social interaction went way better then I expected honestly, I got scared he'll say the wrong thing for no reason I see

zed going "ooh shiny" in the middle of the undercity is very completely unsurprising from him honestly

Wait... The summary says cub has a gun, and I honestly wouldn't put it past the guy to follow zed from afar, especially with that amazing hearing, to see who's "that lucky blazeborn". So I think this is gonna be alright.

Cub does have a gun, this is true 🤔 I love how that's the premise for deciding everything is probably gonna be fine! 😆

just read the latest chapter of beaded beloved and OH MY GOD????

realistically I'm expecting tango or possibly cub(?) being the one to save him, but also. I'm just imagining doc finding out somehow that tango intends to go into the depths and just. going in his stead. that would be one hell of a way to be introduced to doc

I love all the theorizing I'm seeing! Ooo Doc going to deal with it would be epic, but tbf in that scenario I feel like the one to go would be Etho 😆 Doc is terrifying looking but he's actually not much of a fighter...he's the brains of the operation, Etho is the one with a knife, and he knows how to use it!

Tho Zed getting introduced to his future father-in-law by the man busting in to save him from a kidnapping would be fantastic 😭

Thank you all for having such good reading comprehension skills and then proceeding to screech about it at me in the comments. I know it seems like a tiny detail but this has absolutely made all the work feel so worth it, everything I've put into making the AU make sense and trying to make the Under-City a place that has rules that apply and matter and connect across the different stories so yeah.

ooooo y'know I did this awhile ago with all the SkyBlue couples that were out at the time, but I'll just do it again without looking at that old post and we'll see what's changed! Okay I kind of explained this in my comment on Beaded Beloved but ANYWAY

So I make jewellry as like a small business thing and I now HAVE to make as close as I can get to the necklace tango made, so can I please have a full description of the necklace because otherwise I will simply make an interpretation and I doubt that it'll do justice to the original vision.

(also the new story is amazing and beautiful and I might actually combust because OH MY GOD)

Ok DESCRIPTION

Basically it's a beaded necklace on a black cord with a knot on either side of each glass bead, and the beads themselves are a pale yellow and red that are flecked with amber.

The center pendant is literally just a really faded most abstract/artsy looking version of Tango's channel logo, with the interlocked white Ts and the red and black colors!

I love the Sky Blue Cracks series, and even if I don't necessarily ship some of the pairings, I always get invested and now I actually like Zedango more than I used to (because I don't know much about Zedaph). So, I was wondering, do you have some sort of tragic fanfic author thing going on?

Your fics have good world-building, wonderful structure and pacing, holds interest no matter what you post, so is your first language not English? Did you secretly get hit by a bus and continue posting despite that? Are you free from the good fanfic author curse entirely?

To answer your questions, while I am bilingual (mostly) English is my first language, I have never been hit by any speeding motor vehicles (knock on wood) and I think my curse is that I'm a masters student 😭

...y'all i've got 53 pages of academic content due by the end of this week and I'm over here with Zedango squishing them and throwing around like a toddler terrorizing my dolls 😆
