the sound of cold water landing in your empty stomach. hours spent meticulously planning every bite. walking until you feel your legs will snap because you simply must get more than 10,000 steps. keeping busy constantly, forbidding any inkling of an apetite from arising.

committing to the process is the only way to prove that you are worthy of perfection.
