Some new rules
1. Wake up before 6:00 am every morning.
2. 100 jumping jacks before every shower.
3. Coffee for breakfast every morning that you don’t workout. 
4. Listen to educational podcasts before school. 
5. Make a to do list every morning. Complete all tasks before falling asleep. 
6. Do your makeup every morning. 
7. Stop picking at your face.
8. Take more selfies. 
9. Body checks every other week. 
10. Weigh everyday. 
11. One cheat meal a week. 
12. Fast 2 days a week. 
13. Make bed every morning. 
14. Be in bed by 11:00 every day. 
15. No eating after 8:00 pm
16. Don’t let your parents find out. 
17. Lose 10 pounds by Spring Break, April 7th. 
18. No more laying in bed all day. 
19. Study as hard as you can. Ace all your classes. 
20. Read these rules every morning.

Sample meals
Breaky - almond milk, banana (and oatmeal/tofu scramble if hungry)
Lunch - 2 rice cakes avocado spread
Post Workout - 2 rice cakes with hummus or peanut butter
Dinner - Amy’s pad thai/burrito//7 bites of each part of vegan dinner
32 oz of water a day, plus 32 drops of cell food

That girl
There’s this girl at my uni who is drop dead gorgeous. She has a perfect figure (tho u can tell she’s underweight)… she has lots of friends and always looks stunning.
She sat beside me in class and I kinda started sneaking glimpses at her and comparing her to myself.
Then I started to notice the scars all around her knuckles.
The bags under her eyes.
She was chewing gum.
Her voice was rough.
It doesn’t come ‘naturally’ or ‘easy’ for anyone. Get off your fucking fat ass and work for it.

How Veganism helps me stay thin
So I could list a SHIT TON of ways being vegan will help you stay thin, but I’m only going to do one.
Being vegan allows you to decline food.
I’ll give you all an example.
Today at work my boss came in for a surprise visit; he brought pizza and donuts as well. And me being vegan I couldn’t have either. So while everyone ate and stuffed they’re faces, I didn’t eat anything. People kept offering me food, and I would just politely decline saying I’m vegan, therefore couldn’t have any.
So do yourselfs a favor and go vegan, it’ll save you a lot of trouble 🌱

Stop waiting to be ill enough.
You’ll never feel ill enough. There will always be a little voice in the back of your head whispering that you’re fine, really, you’d be okay if you only tried harder.
That little voice isn’t the voice of reason - it’s the voice of internalised ableism, and you owe it nothing.
Find someone who can help you. Apply for the benefits you need. Use the mobility aids that make your life easier. Give yourself a break.
You deserve it. You are ill enough. You aren’t faking it, you aren’t mooching. You’re surviving, and you deserve a round of applause.
