HA! I will ONLY accept the Christmas ending of season 1 with a VERY MUCH ALIVE (on regular planet earth) EL HOPPER and non-possessed WILL BYERS

I want the cheesiest, corniest, happiest ending for them because they DESERVE IT like no other.

Imagine, the epilogue, the final battle is won, it’s Christmas time and they’re all celebrating together at Hops cabin(?). Second final shot slowly zooms in on the kids who are all gathered around a table playing D&D. It zooms in even further to the game pieces and slowly the final shot zooms out on the same D&D pieces but now it’s the party’s kids playing with their parents watching over them lovingly while one of the key music themes plays.

END SCENE.

(I accept no other ending except if the second last shot is them at like senior prom instead of Christmas😌, but NO to the typical heroine/hero sacrifical death trope, let’s not be that predictable)🙅‍♀️
