Haven't touched the drawing tablet in a long while so I decided to try out the arcane art style. It's a lot of fun. Going forward if I use the art style again. I'll add some warm colour variations to liven it up a bit and also to work on the line art

I watched transformers: one with a friend and its amazing, so I started watching the g1 cartoon on YouTube and its so goofy, my faves are definitely Starscream, soundwave, and shockwave.

Tried a more dynamic pose with this one, some texture too (idk how I feel about the texture). idk he looks small in the pic, but canonically firbolgs are like 9feet tall or something which is wild

Did the background fist as shown and now I'm working on Bella herself and then I'll be doing the scenes lighting. Very fun activity, taking a bit of time considering I have other non art commitments ATM but I'm getting there. Hopefully it will be done by Sunday

Some dramatic lighting with the sprites and an intense stare in your soul

He wears so much brown it's really hard to make the piece pop when the values are very similar :\ oh well.

Also I forgor to press the time-lapse record button on clip studio (I wish it was automatic and if it is can someone PLS tell me because I have forgotten that way too many times now and it's so annoying ಥ⁠‿⁠ಥ thx) so no time-lapse post this week unfortunately.

I detest drawing hands but I must persist in order to actually get an understanding of them 🙃

Next up lug but I'm also doing a draw-for-the-person-above-you over on the artfight discord and I wanna complete that one first so hopefully I'll get that done during the week and I'll have time for lug after that.

Willowfine

Had a lot of fun with this one since I had a limited amount of art time so I was able to research art techniques like setting the line art layer to soft light so it's less harsh.

The pose took a little bit of work but I'm very happy with it, I noticed that her staff in the ref image resembles a heart (fitting for the healer).

I did the hair and really liked it but then realised she has a head wreath thing so I made it into a halo and made it glow since she's a cleric and all.

Next up is Happen, the luck pervert.
