I pulled the color from the light blue ring around the moon on my background using an app called color grab. The transparency is set to 65 percent as well.

My current wallpaper on my Pixel XL. I wanted to go a more minimalistic route. The wallpaper is Yesteryear by Kxnt. This was designed using Nova launcher prime as well, with the Viral icon pack from the play store. Also, the clock is the stock Android clock widget superimposed over the sunset in the background. I had to set the app grid to 12x12 to get it to fit but it was worth it.
