I actually realized, that i did not lose all the progress. Some workouts seem so much easier than when i first started to workout.
It just felt that way because my stamina seemed to have taken a nosedive.. But some muscle and muscle-memory is still in fact there
It's sad that i've seemingly lost all my progress with working out in 6 months
But maybe i also just need to accept that since my body was and still is sick

Dating at a high weight is honestly really scary and awful
I always feel like i need to do my makeup extra pretty, smell extra nice, have extra soft skin and hair.. Just to make up for my body
