Hey just so you know the chipotle scarecrow video isn't actually about a plant based diet although it does appear that way. It's actually about eating food that's raised well without chemicals or in factories. That's what chipotle claims to be about, selling food that is what it appears to be, not some chemical filled thing.
You're right! It's more about eating organic rather than having plant-based foods. Thanks for the catch!

Hello everyone!
Just want to let everyone know about All About Juicing's 21 Day Juice Challenge. It's already Day 6 of the challenge I believe, but you can start Day 1 today or tomorrow or whenever if you want haha. Vanessa (owner of All About Juicing) has really awesome juice recipes and she posts them daily on Facebook. This isn't a juice fast, but more of incorporating juices in your diet everyday along with healthy meals.
If you've watched the documentary Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead with Joe Cross (I highly recommend that you guys watch this if you haven't), then you'll know of the benefits juicing brings to your health. Here are some of the success stories that juicing has brought to people:
Reboot with Joe: Success Stories
It's really inspiring reading them, and it makes me wanna go on a reboot too, just to see how good it'll feel.

Here's some valuable information I found regarding GMO. I thought people should know about this. Information needs to be spread, not hoarded!

Hey, if there's any room I would love to join,I always wanted to try going vegan also :D
YES! Let’s do it!!! Let’s update each other on our diets and struggles haha. Right now, I’ve not been doing as well as I should because I’ve been drinking creamer that I thought was dairy-free, but it wasn’t T^T. That just means I have to go to the store to buy some soy milk or almond milk or just non-dairy creamer in general to put into my morning coffee. Also, for food, Costco has some really good organic vegetables in their frozen produce section so I bought some as well as tofu and organic quinoa. I gotta cook my own meals, but I guess it’s safer that way. People don’t really know how clean restaurant/fast-food restaurant is. Also, from another follower, he told me that Walmart actually sells vegan cheeses! I’m gonna buy some and make a post about it as soon as I try it :)

Hi! Finally I have time to post another recipe haha. This time it's the Strawberry Mango Spring Smoothie! I got the recipe [here].
Ingredients
About 1 Cup of Mango Chunks
1 Sliced Banana
3 Pieces of Strawberries
About 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
This makes about one serving. I made this smoothie using the Tribest Mason Jar Personal Blender. The coolest thing about the blender is that you can blend your food with glass mason jars! I love mason jars haha. Definitely safer than plastic.
Anyway, I rate this smoothie a 9/10. It's pretty amazing tasting.
Thanks guys <3

Regarding the California Drought Problem
Who’s Really Using all the Water?
Of the foods produced in the Golden State, the thirstiest by far are those that are derived from animals. Household impact is a trickle compared to the flood of water needed to produce meat, dairy, and eggs, especially when compared to plant foods. For example, a study at Cornell University found that producing one pound of animal protein requires about 100 times more water than producing one pound of grain protein. Another study adds to the overflow of evidence finding that the amount of water needed to produce one pound of beef is almost 1,600 gallons, compared to just 102 gallons for a pound of wheat.
Humans drink less than one gallon of water per day, but a cow can drink up to 23 gallons of water a day, according to a North Dakota State University study. That’s a huge amount of water to keep millions of animals alive.
In short, meat production is taking up a lot of our resources!!! Let's cut back on this, please!
