I don’t think I know what true love feels like

I think I’ve always been given a lot of love but then it gets washed up with a lot of hate, not just in relationships but with my friends and family, thats why I think I yearn and want love but once I receive it I go off the grid and get scared it’s not going to last

Will I ever feel true love? Am I even capable of being loved like everyone else?
