Black Clover Episode 1 Review
Black Clover Episode 1 Thoughts Alright the anime we all been waiting for quite some time is now out. I’m just gonna share some of my thoughts on the first episode. Keep note, his isn’t a full review.
Once the show was playing, the first thing I’ve noticed is how beautiful the animations were. It almost felt like you were watching a movie. And is it me or do I find Asta very annoying on the first 5-6 minutes in everytime he speaks and shout. Like I’m not trying to hate or anything but why does he has to screams his lungs out? I can see some resemblance of Naruto of how he shouts to become hokage, similar to Asta wants to be the wizard king. Very hyperactive but I’ll probably get used to it.
During my time watching, I became interested in Yuno. An orphanage that grew up with Asta. Yuno reminds me a lot of Sasuke with his calm and cold nature towards him. He gained such popularity by getting 4 leaf clover magic abilities when Asta didn’t. Again this is very Naruto and Sasuke, Naruto had to work hard and Sasuke was gifted with the sharingan. I noticed Yuno didn’t bother to care to acknowledge Asta because of his hyperactive behavior and lack of magic abilities. I am curious to see more about their relationship and how they came to be.
Although, near the end is where got me interested the most. Luckily I kept on watching because I wasn’t really feeling what I’ve been seeing so far. This thief person stole Yuno’s grimoire, I was expecting some sort of fight between Yuno and the thief dude, but Asta came by to stop him. I was scratching my head for a moment wondering how Asta is going defeat this guy?
After struggling to unable to stop him, he fell into despair. Being told that he should give up his dreams and everything else. What surprises me at the end where Yuno decided to jump into the picture by saying that he’s my rival. Realizing that Asta isn’t finished yet, he unleashed his Demon power. Similar to Kyuubi chakra ? ¯\_(?)_/¯
Anyway, that got me a little hype at the end and I’m looking forward to see more of Black clover. I’m willing to give this series a chance and see what they got. I’m not trying to make this a full blog, just giving out my opinions in some parts.

The Reason Why Future Trunks Arc Is the Best Of DBS !
Hey guys Today let’s about the various arcs in Super so far and which one we believe is the best.
A darker arc
Previously in Super there was a distinct lack of real tension, the Battle of Gods arc lost it when Beerus began to school Goku during their fight, the Resurrection of F arc lost all tension once Goku and Vegeta returned to Earth and the Universe 6 Tournament arc didn’t have any real stakes. The Goku Black arc by comparison took a completely different tone, the very first episode in which we see Future Trunks hounded by an unknown villain, desperation setting in he is forced to return to the past to seek aid from Goku and Vegeta. Even returning to the past is made difficult and he is only able to retreat with Future Bulma sacrificing herself to stall for time.
Everytime the heroes engaged Goku Black and Zamasu they are left beaten and bruised. It does truly seem hopeless until they are finally able to overcome the pair in the last encounter. Vegeta is stabbed through the chest during his first encounter, Goku is stabbed on numerous occasions and Trunks continuously takes a battering from Goku Black. The villains however seem to take no damage at all, Zamasu is proven to be immortal and even is able to free himself from a Mafuba (the jar wasn’t sealed) and Goku Black grows in power incredibly quickly.
This all culminates in an arc which seems hopeless, death is everywhere with only a handful of survivors and everywhere there is destruction. The heroes are continuously defeated and try anything and everything to defeat Goku Black and Zamasu although nothing seemed to work. The mafuba failed and although Vegito Blue was strong enough to overcome Merged Zamasu the fusion couldn’t sustain them for long enough and so Vegito also failed.
The best villain
For an arc to succeed it must have a strong antagonist whom the audience despises, one which they truly want to see meet their end. The arcs beforehand in Super fail to give this to us yet this arc gives us one of the best villains in all of Dragonball, Goku Black or Zamasu as a character in general. I’ll address both separately and together although I’ve made a blog about why he is the greatest villain which you can check here.
If we first look at Goku Black we think of an evil Goku, which the fandom has wanted for many years (Turles is a movie villain folks and we really don’t see him much). Goku Black surprised everyone when he transformed into Super Saiyan Rose. This transformation is different to SSB because Goku Black was already a god, thanks to being Zamasu, giving some incredible aesthetics as well as some unique powers. The ki blade returns and is well utilised to Goku Black and later turns it into a scythe which is very unique! As he is part Saiyan, Goku Black loves to battle, to test his power and to get stronger. He often seems excited with the prospect of a fight and to see what limits to his power there are.
Zamasu always questioned the existence of mortals and their purpose in the universe. Afer witnessing the power of Goku he decides once and for all that mortals are inferior creatures who should not exist. In fact Zamasu takes it upon himself as his divine duty to rid the universe of these mortals and in doing so, would create a divine utopia. Zamasu as a character is very interesting, not only does he have a strong god complex but he makes us question our own morality and religions.
The pair together are able to get under our skin more than anyone else has been able to in Super. Both Goku Black and Zamasu feel incredibly superior, are arrogant because of it and they genuinely believe in the Zero Mortals Plan, that it would benefit the universe. We as the audience easily take the side of the heroes, during each battle we desperately want the antagonists to fall and they continuously laugh at us. But this is what we want in a good antagonist, villains are supposed to do this to us, we’re supposed to thirst for their demise and when we get it it becomes much more satisfying.
The return of fan favourites
Part of the success of the Goku Black arc was the return of two of Dragonball’s most popular characters, Future Trunks and Vegito. This of course drew long term fans of Dragonball who were big fans of these two characters and may have fallen out of touch. Learning of the return of Future Trunks and Vegito they may well have come back to the show. This happened once before, with the return of Frieza in the Ressurrection of F arc. Say what you will about the arc itself, it certainly drew in a lot of viewers because Frieza had returned.
Future Trunks had last been seen at the end of the Cell saga in which he said his goodbyes and left for the future. Fans since had wondered just what had become of him and the future timeline in general, wanting to spend more time in the future timeline. Trunks had become immensely popular with the fandom since his introduction, turning into a Super Saiyan and cutting up Frieza with ease. Because of all of this the return of Trunks and an entire arc set in his timeline was warmly received, as was his new form Super Saiyan Ikari (anger) which if you ask me looks badass!
Vegito’s fight with Buuhan left a lasting impression amongst fans, he had easily overpowered the strongest villain in Dragonball Z and although he diffused fans wondered just how powerful was Vegito? Could he had stopped Beerus and most importantly, would we ever see him again? Well yes we would, and we’d see him transform into SSB and although the fusion could only last 5 minutes we were rewarded with all the fan favourites including the Spirit Sword and the Final Kamehameha. Vegito couldn’t get the job done because of the fusion time limits but he was stronger than Merged Zamasu and would have defeated him if the retcon hadn’t been introduced.
Some of the best execution of music/animation
The combination of all these previous points along with a fantastic musical score and some of the best animation to date (think of episode 66) truly makes this arc so great. The musical score truly captures the tension, the darkness and the desperation of the arc. The heroes are pushed, overwhelmed and defeat seems inevitable, the score makes viewing this much more cinematic and I found myself getting into the action more and more because of changes of tone.
Although great animation isn’t essential to a good arc, it truly does add the cherry on top of the cake. The fight between Vegito and Merged Zamasu was beautifully animated, fast paced and full of ki beams and attacks. Viewing this arc was a pleasure and I thoroughly recommend you to re-watch it. It wasn’t just the characters though but the ruined city landscape and the dark green and grey skyline truly adds depth and a level of detail which truly takes it above and beyond what came before.
Although this can be seen elsewhere I would like to mention that I love the auras of the God transformations and SSB, SSR and even SSI looks absolutely fantastic in this arc, shimmering almost and everflowing. We had seen SSB before by SSR and SSI were brand new and I loved how they looked. The change from dark blue to a dark pink on SSR really stood out in such an aesthetically dark arc and Ikari looked like SSJ with hints of blue surrounding Trunks, whipping around him as if it was melting off his body into the SSJ aura.
Of course no arc is perfect and the Goku Black arc does have its flaws. Pacing towards the end was an issue and the end itself seemed either rushed, an asspull or the writers had run out of ideas as they had trapped themselves in a corner. I loved the fact that Trunks was able to defeat Merged Zamasu, at least the physical form of Zamasu. I do strongly believe that the good far outweighs the negatives though and this arc is the best we’ve seen so far.
( This Gif looks disturbing though ) But what do you guys think? Do you prefer another arc or do you agree with me that the Goku Black arc is the best in Super so far? Let me know in the comments and as always. Have a Nice Day !

One Piece Chapter 881 Review https://animeride.com/blogs/7174/one-piece-chapter-881-review/

One Piece Chapter 881 Review
Talking About One Piece Chapter 881
Hi Every one ! Chapter 881 is out and we got our new HELM’S MAN !
So without further ado lets get going with the blog.
Cover Story
Page 1 Gotta love this you know. While the Strawhats are suffering in Whole Cake Island, there’s Sai who’s getting married to Baby 5, good for you Sai x Baby 5 shippers, your dream just came true. Also it turns out Sai sadly didn’t get to marry her with ease judging by the bandages. He must’ve really fought hard against that woman who’s name I can’t remember who appeared in the cover story.
Also, the woman wounded Sai more than Lao G did, just wanted to point that out cause I think it’s quite funny.
Big Mom Is Crazy
Page 3 Speaking of Strawhats suffering, here we have them being entirely hopeless not knowing what to do against Surfer Big Mom.
While we are at the subject of Surfer Big Mom, I’ve seen many theories regarding the water homie that she’s surfing on. Many of them are saying that it’s going to be named something like Poseidon or Neptune. Well that won’t happen because there is a character called Neptune and an ancient weapon called Poseidon already, so yeah. Personally I have a slight feeling that it will be unnamed, but Bobbin The Fixer made a very good theory regarding the homie check it out if you’re interested, it’s a great blog anyways.
The Helmsman
Page 7 You know what guys, this chapter made me like Jinbe more. Before I thought that he was nothing special, just a fat fish. But these recent moments have changed my opinion on him. And now that I like him more as a character, I don’t even dislike him joining the crew. The speech he gave while using the ship was great too. I don’t think anyone thought about him becoming the Helmsman either. Jinbe also has faith in Luffy, the rest of the crew and the ship so good to know that he’s coming with a good attitude, so far Jinbe is a great crewmate even tho he hasn’t been onboard for long.
I also wonder about his goal since so far every crewmate has some sort of a goal with them alongside making Luffy the Pirate King, give me your thoughts in the comments about him becoming the helmsman and about his goal.
His skills will definitely come in to use in the future.
Page 10
This page provided us with yet another good moment. Luffy being recognized as an actual captain instead of a goofball. This moment also shows us that Nami has faith in Luffy defeating Katakuri. Also I have a feeling that these types of moments are quite rare in the series. I mean like ok, what was the last time Nami said something like that. It feels like it hasn’t happened that much which only makes this better. This is also one of the instances of character development which I mentioned at the start of the blog. There’s a good chance that the crew may be going towards a more serious attitude from the goofy usual pirate crew attitude we have had for a while which personally I would love if it was the case, but I also feel like they could return to begin not so serious again.
Luffy VS Katakuri
Page 11 This is it guys, the one thing we all love currently, the fight between Luffy and Katakuri is about to restart after Luffy getting absolutely stomped by Katakuri before.
Luffy is escaping the situation where Big Mom pirate fodders discuss the current state of the Strawhats. But Katakuri realizes this because he’s a beast.
Page 13 Hands down my personal second favorite moment this chapter. Luffy has been interrupted by Katakuri, but that’s in no way the only interesting/good thing here. First of all, we have Katakuri potentially showing his devil fruit awakening here. I’m basing this on him turning the ground into mochi in order to stop Luffy. But what makes me even more certain about this being his awakening is that we are seeing his feet here while this is happening and the feet are completely normal. There’s no way he could’ve manipulated the ground here other than turning it into mochi via an awakening. I’m still waiting to see what he can truly do with his awakening though.
We also see Luffy holding his mouth. For some people it may seem very weird, but he’s actually covering his mouth so that his crewmates wouldn’t hear him scream about being caught in the mochi and that they wouldn’t think that he’s in danger. So guys, Luffy just learned to lie, talk about an awakening. Great development here.
Then we get a great panel of Katakuri landing a kick on Luffy.
Page 14 The kick that Katakuri landed was definitely a strong one as it sent Luffy flying. Well, everything Luffy can do, Katakuri can do better, as the mochi man said himself. So of course a stomp was expected, but this is the hardest beating that Luffy has ever received, he’s not getting a break here. Really makes me question the outcome of the fight.
Page 15 And now we finally saw Katakuris first named attack. I have to say I usually expect a bit more from named attacks, but this is ok cause it’s Katakuri who we are talking about. And seeing him create those additional legs and mortar striking the shit out of Luffy is pretty awesome.
Page 17 This page was awesome to put it simply. We have Luffy struggling to get up after getting pummeled by Katakuri. But as he’s struggling, Katakuri goes next level badass mode with the awesome quote about Luffy not dying here. Hell he’s one of my favorite villains in the entire series because of his recent actions. But what makes this page so special is not the things I mentioned, but the reason is, THAT THE THING KATAKURI SAID IS A MOTHERFUCKING JOJO REFERENCE!! Wohoo!!
But in all seriousness I feel like the fight will actually become a fight instead of being an execution now since Luffy seemed super determined here.
“One Piece will be on a break next week”
Final Thoughts
I think that this was a very good chapter, definitely on par with Chapter 879 as being the most hype chapter in recent time.
This marks the end of the blog. I hope you at least somewhat enjoyed reading this and that you have a good day.

Gamers Season Finale Review/Overall Thougths
Good Morning Everyone I am back once again to actually wrap up a series that I have thoroughly enjoyed far more than I was expecting in Gamers! This last episode was very ironic because they were actually SELF-AWARE which means they knew actually what they were doing in this episode. However, this series was filled with a shit load of misunderstandings like my god. Anyway, Iet’s talk about Gamers as a whole by focusing on the characters starting with amano..
Amano
Ohh amano man are you some cliche light novel protagonist or something? I mean constantly we see amano completely oblivious to his surroundings and of course to other people’s feelings. Early on in the series, he gets an invitation to join the gamers club by none other than tendou-san(more on her later lol). The thing that took me for a loop was that he actually turned it down (ehhhhhhh) in front of the class too. It was like he rejected a love confession with the way that they did that scene which was priceless but god damn amano.. Can you really be any more oblivious to the mood of the situation or the fact that what you say or how you say it can really have an impact on how people will interpret your message. But in all fairness, he was pursued by tendou-san so I can’t really blame him but I do respect his honest answer that he gave her. At this point, I thought we had some hope that amano would be an interesting character but nope I was wrong. His mind seems to always be in the gutter when it comes to reading the mood or vibe of a given situation. For instance, chiaki started to develop feelings for amano and he did not notice it at all that she was the online friend he had become familiar with. He was in her room and saw the computer screen with her avatar and name on it and did not once even thought to consider maybe guessing that chiaki was actually that online friend that you hold dear to your little itty bitty heart. This is not a rant on amano but this is not a positive write up because his character just gets to you at times when a situation for something obvious to happen and this dude does the opposite…(facepalms). Well he does grow a set of nuts and actually goes out with tendou-san after he had reportedly had a tough time talking to her (oh yeah I’m sure you did amano..). The relationship of amano and tendou has grown I mean in the last episode they were holding hands how cute…
Tendou
The more and more I see her, the more and more I laugh. I mean it is always great to have such an interestingly vivid personality but wow tendou you really were obssessed with amano. This series showed an episode of the life of tendou karen before and after she fell in love with amano. When we see how our daily activities are disrupted by her developed feelings for amano, there is some truth to that. Love can do silly or strange things to people and tendou clearly represents that. If she was given the chance to sniff amano’s underwear then I’m sure she would.. Of course I am just kidding or am I? Well anyway, tendou is the popular girl in school that almost everyone respects and admires since she does everything possible to convince them of that. She is the leader of the gamers club that she so desperately wanted amano to join and was heartbroken when he did not join at first. The funny thing about that was tendou did not like that and she was persistent with amano in the way she followed him around and pretty much stalked him. It came as a shock to her that anyone would dare deny a request from the great tendou karen I mean please… But in all seriousness, tendou brought so much life to this series with her personality I mean who can really not like a cute red tomato. To some people, I can see why she could seem as this annoying character that takes things the wrong way all the time but you gotta understand that tendou is not used to being the hunter but rather the hunted..
Aguri
Aguri is a character that questions and dare I say challenges the philosophy of all gamers in the sense that she is not a true gamer herself. Aguri is the type of girl that is your average girl who will change her hair color if you tell her it needs to be done. It is clear, she cares a ton about what people think or may see which is natural tendency for girls so it is really nothing surprising. She is also kind of clingy with the way that she is kind of always around uehara who is her boyfriend. Aguri loves uehara a lot and it is clear that she cares about what he is thinking or doing. Thus, this causes the friction in their relationship when they encounter a deadly disease in the case of Misunderstandings. What I say in the intro represents the main point or idea of this series because my god like can you just talk to him to find out what is up. But no I mean all of our characters are socially inept to some degree but it isn’t too severe for aguri. Aguri constantly wonders about the values of gamers and again represents the person who basically knows nothing about anime yet hangs out with you anyway..
Uehara
Uehara is the funny character that actually narrates for us how blind amano can be at times. He is definitely a cool guy that courageously tries to set amano up with an obvious love triangle scenario. Uehara is essentially us in those type of situations because his thoughts jibe with a lot of people’s thoughts so he brings the common sense to the story in a sense. Sure he is apart of that huge carousel of misunderstandings but he is a cool dude that not only took the time to get to know amano but also tried to help him out in own way. Uehara is a likable and silly character that also brings life to the series with his inner monologue and funny faces that he tends to make case in point in the picture above. I mean all of these characters make funny faces but his are just plain stupid funny..
Chiaki
Last but not least, we bring ourselves to a character who represents what online gaming can do to a person’s social capabilities. Man it was evident right away that chiaki was very quiet and struggled to make friends in a school setting so you can imagine how her character would be. She is universally seen as a shy character that easily misunderstands a situation or take what a character says and think its a confession. She really develops feelings for amano after she figured out that he was the online friend she had made and feel in love with. It was like she fell back in love all over again but seriously struggled to convey her feelings to amano. She eventually grew as a character and worked up the courage to at least let amano become aware that she had feelings because you know amano was never gonna figure that out. It took her younger sister to push her to finally stop holding in those feelings and just let it out and that she did…
Score: 7/10
Final Thoughts
I feel that this series was definitely enjoyable and it showed a lot of character interaction and funny moments that one could not help but laugh even just a little. The usage of the characters is what really makes this series pretty good instead of just ok because if it wasn’t for the characters then this series would be average and forgettable. Overall, I thought this series surpassed my expectations and I look forward to seeing what people have to say about this series as a whole so with that being said its been fun now time to close the book on yet another anime series..

Is Gohan losing Spotlight in This Tournament ?
Hi Every one ! Today we are going to talk about Gohan and his fading spotlight in tournament.
Gohan in Tournament of Power So far !
So far During the Tournament of Power, rather than going off on his own, Gohan chose to remain with Piccolo, Krillin, Tien Shinhan and Master Roshi – they launched an assault that caused little to no damage against Lavender, Botamo, Comfrey, Shosa and Dercori. He effortlessly deflected Jium’s Fire Breath. Base Gohan’s punches did no damage to Botamo, however Gohan used this to his advantage as his punches lifted Botamo in the air. Gohan pushed Botamo to the edge, kicked him in the air, and knocked him out of the arena with a Kamehameha. Base Gohan was able to match Obuni in combat, however when Obuni used his secret technique of energy, Gohan was overwhelmed. Gohan decides to turn into his Potential Unleashed state and let himself be hit by Obuni in order to do a counter hit.
Using this strategy, Potential Unleashed Gohan was able to once again match Obuni in combat. Gohan was able to outlast Obuni’s energy reserves, and when Obuni ran out of energy, Gohan blasted him out of the arena with a Kamehameha. Although Whis stated Gohan would take damage from Obuni’s attacks, at the end of the fight, Gohan is shown to be completely fine. Against Jimeze, base Gohan was overwhelmed by Jimeze’ professional use of Instant Transmission, although Frieza notes that Gohan would have had no problem against the Yardat if he hadn’t stubbornly refused to use Super Saiyan. Base Gohan was able to compete against Final Form Frieza, while previously, Super Saiyan Gohan was no match for First Form Frieza, showing Gohan’s increase in power. In his Potential Unleashed state, Gohan was able to push back Final Form Frieza, and briefly hold his own against Golden Frieza. However it is revealed that Frieza and Gohan were acting so Frost would let his guard down.
Gohan’s Powers and Possibilities
As per Gohan’s powers we know he is a beast. In Z he was my favorite fighter. He was a badass and a true warrior. After that he became father he was a little sloppy in battle field. (Not Complaining). But yeah, for the tournament of power the power he is in now, is not enough. I know Gohan has potential. Ultimate form of Gohan is something that could be of hype. But in this tournament where we have seen Jiren and other crazy people.. Ultimate form is a given one to use all time.
Conclusion
So i think Gohan is losing spotlight in the midst of all this Goku hype. I love Goku and excited for the new episode as well. But at the same time i am disappointied because of this. Will we see something new regarding Gohan’s powers ? Who will be Gohan’s opponent for this. If i were to speculate.. i wpuld go for Kale and Kaulifa vs Gohan. It would be great to see Gohan in action again. Hope you enjoyed the blog ! Let me know your thoughts regarding this.

One Piece: Zoro vs Law https://animeride.com/blogs/7109/one-piece-zoro-vs-law/ #Ichimoji, #Kikoku, #Law, #OpeOpeNoMi, #Shisui, #Swords, #WadoIchimoji, #Wano, #Zoro, #ZoroRoronoa
New Post has been published on https://animeride.com/blogs/7109/one-piece-zoro-vs-law/
One Piece: Zoro vs Law
Spoiler alert! I think many people overestimate Zoro when it comes to power scaling. Zoro is very strong and there is no doubt about that but there seem to be a lot of people that think that Zoro is the second strongest supernova. Zoro would definitely lose to Kid since he can basically manipulate Zoro’s swords but right now, I am going to show why Zoro and Law are evenly matched.
Destructive Power
Zoro has pretty good feats so far. He was able to destroy Pica with mid difficulty. Monet pretty much stopped fighting because of the sheer fear that shook her when Zoro attacked her. Many people would place Zoro higher than Law for beating Pica without going all out but wait..Law did something similar in Punk Hazard. When he was up against Vergo, he managed to cut through Vergo’s arnament haki which seems to be way stronger than Pica’s and the damage that Law caused was way greater than anything that Zoro destroyed. It’s impressive that Zoro took out Pica but Law could do the same. Maybe even quicker. Law’s Shambles ability is pretty strong since he can remove someone’s body parts and objects by cutting them from a distance. Law does this very casually while Zoro needs to use his stronger attacks if he wishes to do so. When it comes to destructive power, I will definitely give this one a draw. Zoro is a power based fighter so this already means a lot.
(DRAW)
Speed
Zoro is very fast and I think he can move faster than Law when it comes to movement speed. (Running) However, there is more we should look at. Law’s ability allows him to move faster since he can basically teleport. Law will defintely use his devil fruit ability so it’s inevitable. Zoro has to face someone who can teleport so I will give Law the speed advantage . I don’t believe Law will be able to defeat Zoro easily just because of this but it definitely gives Law an edge over Zoro. Zoro should still be able to block some of his attacks but how long will he be able to keep up?
(Law)
Usage of Swords
As both of them are swordsman they have incredible knowledge regarding this. Law uses Kikoku.. which is an curshed sword and Zoro uses three curshed swords which is incridible in it’s own. Laws fight style mostly is dependent on Swords. But Zoro is a master when it’s come to swords. So i will give this one to Zoro.
(Zoro)
Difference in overall strength
Law is better in many ways. He has many wide range moves that are difficult to avoid and he is more versatile than Zoro is. We have seen that Law has attacks that allow him to damage his opponent from the inside. Counter Shock is one of them. This is a move that is like a CPR but way more deadly. Law also got his Gamma Knife which was able to heavily injure Doflamingo. Doflamingo had the right power to deal with his internal wound but someone like Zoro wouldn’t be able to survive lethal blow like that. But we know Zoro’s edurance and how much he can take. Law also has his Scalpel move which allows him to take the heart of his opponent. Law is a very tricky fighter and since he managed to defeat Smoker with this move without sustaining any injuries, I can see a big difference between Law and Zoro. Zoro only relies on brute strength and he can definitely fight back since Zoro’s arnament haki is very powerful however, Law has many moves that ignore durability which is one of Zoro’s strong attributes. I believe Law takes it because the way he uses his powers is really efficient. His Gamma Knife is also used in a ‘Room’ that can’t be seen so he could surprise Zoro with this move and finish him.
(Law) Zoro will become the strongest swordsman..
There are many things that could be said about this argument that many people seem to use. First of all, Zoro will become the strongest swordsman but that doesn’t mean that he is above Law right now! We don’t know for sure what happens in the future. If Law dies before the story ends, it wouldn’t mean that Zoro was above him all that time. Secondly, I also believe that Law’s strongest skills are not really swordsmanship. Gamma Knife for example is not really swordsmanship. Law’s strongest assets are his devil fruit abilities. Zoro only uses his swords so his techniques definitely fall under swordsmanship. Zoro can become the strongest swordsman without being stronger than Law. Lastly, If Law does make it to the end of the One Piece story, do you really believe that Law will be below Zoro in terms of strength? We all know that Luffy resembles Roger. Roger had rivals like Garp and Whitebeard. This means that Luffy will also have rivals that are at least Yonko level. Law and Kid are some of Luffy’s greatest rivals right now and if Luffy is like Roger, people like Law are comparable to Whitebeard. Mihawk is not as strong as Whitebeard so even if we look at possible future events, it wouldn’t mean that Zoro is higher than Law in terms of strength at all. But will be. Law is a captain that is pretty close to Luffy and Zoro is and will always be under Luffy. I think Zoro is often overestimated. He is strong but we saw in Sabaody that Luffy, Law and Kid are the top supernovas of the Worst Generation. While guys like them will clash against the Yonko, Zoro will just fight against the top commanders which are of course not as strong as the Yonko.

Ballroom e Youkoso Episode 13 Review
Can I say that even though Sengoku and Chizuru aren’t the focal point of this episode I loved nearly every time they were on screen together?? Like they are such a power couple I love it. Anyway this episode was mostly to show Chinatsu and Tatara’s dynamic. Which in simple terms is Chinatsu being a tsundere and Tatara breaking out every facial expression in the book. Seriously Tatara’s facial expressions were on point this episode you could obviously tell he was so done with everything happening around him. 10/10 I was impressed.
The most interesting part of this episode was that Tatara really realizes how shit of a lead he actually is. Chinatsu says that his lead isn’t coming through to him at all, and before their frustrations explode Sengoku intervenes and states that Tatara has never lead a girl before. Which completely throws him off because “of course I have? Shizuku and Mako?” No, Tatara you haven’t. Really up until this point all Tatara has been doing is barely getting through the basics and his partner has been doing all the work. Episode 9 is the best example of this where he didn’t do much of anything and had Mako show off and look beautiful but in doing that she was doing nearly all the work. Chinatsu grounds him in reality when they switch roles and they agree to make Tatara be the partner instead of the lead. Chinatsu is such a master at being the lead that she can easily move Tatara from sequence to sequence with little effort, and even allows him to do sequences he’s never been shown before, and I think that’s what a good lead should be able to do. Actually lead you through sequences confidently and get you through them even if you yourself are not familiar or have never done them before. Tatara also figures out for the first time how hard it is to hold the partner pose which Mako, Shizuku, Chizuru, and Chinatsu make look so easy. Which is where Chizuru breaks her back. Not literally of course but whoever drew the frame with her posing had to have been laughing cause even it was too wonky looking for me to just let slip by like some of the others. I normally don’t mind the spines bending more than in the manga but in this instance if she went any further I thought she would be parallel to the floor. Production I.G no.
Ahem……HEY, did you ask for a pinup magazine picture of Sengoku and Chizuru!? Well you’re getting it now. We get to see my beautiful couple posing because we also find out that Chinatsu is a big fan of Sengoku and Chizuru’s dancing style. She’s a particular fan of Chizuru because she’s “stylish, beautiful etc”. Her words not mine, though I have to agree because Chizuru with her hair down is pretty goddamn cute. Which of course means when she asks Chizuru for a hug and it’s accepted I thought Chinatsu would combust from excitement. If there’s one scene that this episode did right it was that one. Seeing Chinatsu freak out over Chizuru and seeing them do a spinning jump hug was fantastic.
It seems like next episode we are getting more character introductions and the start of a competition of some kind. I want to know who the episode director it was for episode 12 because whoever was I hope that guy or gal continues doing the competition episodes since they really understand how it should flow since nearly everyone has agreed that episode 12 had a different vibe to the dancing which was anything but negative. Besides learning that Tatara is realizing how much he completely sucks we also find out that good ol Hyodou is back to competitions since it’s been 6 months since he was suspended and messed up his leg. Gaju and Mako supposedly dances again him and Shizuku in a competition and I can only be a little disappointed that we don’t actually see any of that competition. We see what they were wearing which looked to be Tango outfits and that just makes me all the more disappointed because I would love to see some more actual Tango from Welcome to the Ballroom instead of just the Waltz and Quickstep. Not to mention that all of their Tango outfits looked to be pretty stellar and one of my favorite details from Ballroom (same with Yuri on Ice) so more of that would be appreciated Ballroom.
I see some people who have watched the episode theorizing that because Chinatsu is such a good lead and Tatara is so easily able to pick up her movement that in a competition perhaps they will be switching roles. Correct me if I’m wrong but that isn’t going to be the case. I don’t ever remember in the manga Tatara and Chinatsu switching roles during a competition. In fact, I don’t even know for sure if that’s allowed in all honesty; if anyone reads this and actually dances feel free to let me know because I’m genuinely curious if a couple in a competition can switch roles or if only the male is allowed to lead.
I will say however that Chinatsu’s stubbornness and the fact that she doesn’t really have any experiences following is definitely going to cause some problems. But never the less, I think most people will agree that Chinatsu does make a good partner for Tatara. Even if you aren’t fond of her as a character yet you can’t ignore the fact that they do make up for each others strengths, and despite being at odds with each other they do seems to fit quite nicely like a puzzle.
So did you enjoy the episode ? Comment your thoughts below !

5 Themes In One Piece You Should Know About https://animeride.com/blogs/7083/5-themes-in-one-piece-you-should-know-about/
New Post has been published on https://animeride.com/blogs/7083/5-themes-in-one-piece-you-should-know-about/
5 Themes In One Piece You Should Know About
One Piece explores many themes like Slavery, Racism, Bonds, Inheritance, just to name a few, to tell it’s majestic story. It’s almost like a religious message with the cover up of shounen to make the holy book of One Piece seem more interesting to read in order for as many as possible to become better human being by learning from things the story tells us we shouldn’t do. It could be possible, he is Goda after all. Whatever may be the case, those themes are always fun to see in our favorite anime. With that, i am King, and here are 5 themes in one piece you should know about.
Number 5
Roger Pirates and Strawhats.
Let’s first get the obvious one out of the way which is the parrarels and themes both of these crew has. Both the crews value friendship and their friends over anything and their captains especially have shown to be gone to ridiculous lengths if someone dares say something bad about them. The captains of both crews had a similar ability – Voice Of All Things -, they forced their fitst mate to join them, their first mate is a Swordsman and more then likely to be revealed in the future both first mates specialize in Armament Haki and have Conquerors Haki. Roger got his ship – Oro jackson – made by Tom of Water 7 and we know Luffy also got his ship from Water 7 and that too from Tom’s apprentice.
Number 4
The Theme of 3
One of the most apparent and active themes in One Piece is the Trifecta of various things. To start off, you have the Marine Admirals, The Powerhouses of the Marine, which are 3 in number. When you have a look at the powers of the 3 originally introduced Admirals in the story, they all had a Devil Fruit which was Logia in type. Talking about Devil Fruits, there are types of Devil Fruits we have been told exist. Paramecia, Zoan and Logia. A number of 3. When we move over in the Haki department, we can also see this theme as we have 3 types of Haki which are Observations, Armament, and Conquerors. Apart from of these, we have 3 Ancient Weapons, The 3 Great Powers – Marines, Shicibukai and Yonkous – 3 main commanders for a Yonkou, a monster trio for the Strawhats and so on.
Moreover there are 3 main trees in the world of One Piece with significance. Those being The Treasure Tree Adam. Tree Of Knowledge and Sunlight Tree Eve. Some predict the former 2 have been inspired from the trees in heaven according to Bible and since there were 3 trees in heaven, there could be another important tree yet to be revealed to complete the trifecta of the holy trees, so to speak. There is even theories out there that Blackbeard might get 3 Devil Fruits since his Jolly Roger has 3 skulls, adding on to this theme.
Number 3
Theme of Yonkous
Moving over to Yonkous now, each of them have a specific theme which defines their crew and what type of powers you can expect from them.
Kaido
Starting with Kaido, he seems to have a “Card” based theme to his crew where his underlings seem to be named based on the cards. Drake who is his underling is the ten in the card. Joker one is self explanatory. And there are leaks from Oda’s office which suggest his calamities – Commanders – also follow this route. We already have Jack, based of the Jack in Card Game. And the leaks suggest there will be a Queen, King and Kaido above all of them. His crew also has the beast and Zoan theme to it so you can expect most of his, especially commaders to be Zoan based users who have an intimidating appearance.
Big Mom
Big Mom follows a Theme of “Sweets” in which majority of her crew has powers relating to sweets. Her 3 commanders, Her Eldest Son and Tottoland being some examples of it. Along with which, her crew also follows a theme of “paramecia” based devil fruit users.
Blackbeard
Blackbeard’s theme isn’t much apparent as of yet but it seems to be heavily Devil Fruit based as his crew is actively looking for strong Devil Fruits, which is what we saw in Dressrosa. A likely guess would be that the theme of his crew would be that of Versatile Devil Fruit users lile that of the old crew he was part of, Whitebeard Pirates.
Shanks
This one is very obvious. Shanks has himself heavily implied that he doesn’t accepts Devil Fruit users in his crew. And we can see it since whenever we see his crew in a fight, they use weapons of some sort. Benn Beckman and Lucky Roo use a Gun while Yasoop uses projectile weapons. Shanks himself is considered to be a Haki Master and since his crew doesn’t seem to be having Devil Fruits, a “Haki” theme for his crew seems very plausible where his crew basically relies on Overpowered Haki to rival the monsters in the New World.
Number 2
Unity Is The Key
One of the best things about One Piece is how two parties or multiple ones maybe at odds with each other but willingly or unwillingly, they end up working as a cohesive unit to work towards a common goal and achieve it eventual after a great struggle. And the best part about it is it doesn’t comes of as forced or cheesy like Fairy-Friendship or Talk-No-Jutsu. One of the best examples of this could be found in the Dressrosa arc. The pirates and other parties involved in the tournament were against Luffy, or had antagonistic personalities. But when they were trapped by Doflamingo in the Toy Factory Underground and freed by Ussop afterwards, they forcefully aligned themselves with Luffy to take down Doflamingo. This was necessary as Strawhats were overmatched with only half of the their crew present so Colosseum fighters were used in to help them and done so in such in efficient way that it felt natural as they come. Hell even Luffy didn’t want any of it but that’s what made it work and most of the Alliances Luffy has been in situations similar to this.
And Number 1
History Repeats Itself
Something that happened in the past will happen again is one of the consistent messages Oda gives us through his manga for a sense of realism as it could also happen in the real life.
First you can have a look at the commonly known or some of the many commonly known parallels between the Alabasta and Dressrsa arc. A Shichibukai trying to take over/takes over a kingdom. The female subordinate of the Shichibukai which is a princess betrays him and tries to overthrow him out of power. Luffy meets his brother, there is a rebel organization in both arcs and we get new crew members/subordinates at the end of the arc. Except the parrarels, Dressrosa in some ways is also a progressions of things from Alabasta in a sense. l. Not just this arc, there are parallels between other arcs as well which i think you may have noticed like non talking things, talking in WHI, which is what we also saw in Thriller Bark. A strawhat leaves the crew – Zou Arc and Water 7 – and is rescued in the following arc – Ennies Lobby and WHI -.
Excluding the parallels, we have what you could call homages to previous arcs or events of One Piece to better tell that history repeats itself in which events repeat themselves in exact fashion.
In their travel to Nami’s Village, Strawhats encounter a Seaking, Luffy one shots him, tames him after which it takes them to the village, Seaking turns out to be the villains pet and is prdered to attack the Strawhats which it reduses to do.
In their travel to Fishman Island, Strawhats encounter a sea creature called Krakken, Luffy One Shots Him then tames him after which they reach Fishman Island with the help of the Krakken and it also turns out to be the villains pet. It’s ordered to attack the Strawhats and it also refuses to do so.
In Fishman Island arc, we have the arc’s female lead, Shirahosi, asking Luffy to help her while crying and in Arlong Park Arc, Nami also asks Luffy for help while crying. Shirohoshi’s mother was killed by Hody by a gun and when we go back, Nami’s mother was also killed by a gun by a fishman who was the main antagonist of the arc.
Other include such as Luffy being attcked by a mythical creature in Punk Hazzard like he was in Little Garden. Zoro cutting a Dragon’s head in Punk Hazzard and the Samurai Ryuma from the Thriller Bark arc had also done the same thing in his past. Numerous Strawhats being chased out of their hometowns after they join the crew and many, MANY MORE.
And That’s my list! Comment down any of the themes that you like since there are so many in One Piece.

The 10 most popular foods in Japan
Today I will talk about the food in Japan. As many of you already know, Japan has a wonderful an unique cuisine but mostly when we think about Japanese food automatically comes to our minds fish and rice. This blog will help you to have a different view about the food culture in Japan, and also will help you to know what to order at the moment you sit at the restaurant.
Here you are my 10 favourite options when I want to feel Japan through its flavors.
1.- Sushi/sashimi
I will start with the one that most of us identify Japan with: Sushi and Sashimi. Sushi is known all over the world. It is called sushi to every piece of rice seasoned with a rice vinegar mix (made with sugar and salt) mixed with different ingredients: variety of fishes, vegetables, nori (seaweed), etc.. You grab the pieces of sushi with the chopsticks and dip them into soy sauce or wasabi, or both. It is a mixed of flavors in your mouth! Sushi can be: Nigiri sushi, Maki sushi , Oshi sushi , Temaki sushi, etc.
Depending on the shape an ingredients that are used.
Sashimi is basically raw fish or seafood served with wasabi (a very spicy japanese condiment), soy sauce and generally it comes with slices of radish on the side. The name sashimi comes from the tale of the fish the it used to come with the meal to identify which kind of fish you are eating. Sashimi in kanji it is written like this: 刺身 . The first kanji means spine and the second kanji means body.
2.- Ramen
Ramen is one of the most popular options at the moment of choosing a place to eat. It is a wheat noodles bowl served in a soy sauce or miso soup mixed with many kinds of ingredients. The most typical ones are slices of pork, green onion, seaweed and egg. I can´t compare the flavor of this dish with anything I have tasted before. The most important part of this dish is the soup. It is the most tasty flavor a ever tried, also strong according on where do you order it. The way the pork is cooked, makes it so soft that sometimes it breaks into pieces as son as you catch it with your chopsticks. With one order of ramen and a side dish of rice, you can be sure that you will be satisfied when you finish your meal… If you can…
3.- Tempura
Tempura is a Japanese fried snack made mostly from seafood and vegetables but we can find tempura made also from fowl and fish, seasoned with a sauce made with soy sauce, ginger and sugar previously. As vegetables, it can be made by almost every vegetables. The size of the piece has to be able to be eaten in one bite and even when it is fried, it is carefully looked after not to be oily. Tempura is served with Tetsuyu sauce that it is a mix of consomme, sweet sake, soy sauce, ginger, radish and spices.
4.- Kare raisu ( rice with curry)
Also a very popular, simple and delicious dish that we can find in Japan. Kare raisu is just rice with curry but the taste is different from the To make the japanese curry, it is used a variety of meats and vegetables. The basics vegetables are onions, carrots and sweet potatos, and the meats used are chicken, pork, beef and sometimes duck. There are different levels of hot spicy: soft, regular and hot are the most common. Which one would you chose???
5.- Okonomiyaki
It is a mixed made with flour, yam and egg, but you can add also anything you like. The most commons are green onion, beef, shrimp, squid, vegetables, mochi and cheese. It is cooked in a griddle. In some restaurants, the chef goes to the table and make it there with the customers who also help in the process adding the ingredients. Because the preparation has to be cooked from both sides, by the time it has to be turned, it is a stressful and also funny moment, specially when it is your first time doing it!!!
6.- Shabu shabu
Shabu shabu is the japanese hot pot. For this dish it is used many kinds of meats and seafood, mostly the soft ones, and sides of vegetables, tofu and sometimes noodles. The way it works: you grab a piece of meat (you can also pick some of the vegetables) and immerse it in the pot with hot water or consomme. Once it is cooked, you dip it in a sesame sauce with some rice as a side dish. Very delicious!
7. Miso soup
Miso soup it is served as a side dish in mostly every meal and with almost every dish. It is a soup made from a miso paste (fermented soybeans) and dashi (the consomme). Inside this kind of base soup, you will find pieces of tofu, onion wakane seaweed, and sometimes vegetables like sweet potatos, carrots and radish. It is never served as a main dish. It always comes with a bowl of rice and one or 2 more dishes.
8.- Yakitori
It is the Japanese brochette. At the begining the meat used was chicken (tori=bird), but nowadays it is also made with pork, beef and fish. So, this brochette is a mix of vegetables and meat cooked in a grill and dipped in teriaki sauce. It is also a very typical kind of fast food in japanese style.
This is one of the options that foreigner could be more identified with. It has a occidental flavor so if you are not sure about what to taste first or you find out that Japanse flavors are not your thing but you still want to try, I would recommend you to start with Yakitori so you can feel something familiar.
9.- Onigiri
This is the most popular snack in Japan. No matter what time is it, or where you are, if you are hungry and you don´t have time, you will buy an onigiri. Onigiris are rice balls seasoned in many kinds of ways, some of them with some fill like chicken, vegetables, fish, pork, others covered with a seaweed or with a slice of egg, some of them they have just the rice mixed with some sauce, vegetables, beans, furikake… Etc. As you can see, you can find a huge variety of flavors for all the tastes. It is also cheap and you can buy it in any convenience store, supermarket and also you may find some shop that only makes onigiris.
10.- Udon
Udon is a thick noodle made from wheat flour. It is commonly served in a consomme with soy sauce and mirin. Most of the times it comes with negi (onion). The shape and the size depends on the prefecture it comes from. Udon can be eaten cold or hot. Soba and Udon are very popular in Japan. It is a common dish for black-coated workers and students when they have lunch time and they need to eat something fast. There are Udon shops everywhere and don´t be surprised if it is always crowdy, but don´t worry, you won´t wait long time to have a seat.
So which one woulf you try first ? Comment down Below !

Chapter 880: Get the camera mom a giant wave is here!
Hey guys I’m here with a chapter review Without further ado let’s get into it! #Spoilers ahead
Starting off the chapter already in hot water, Sai ex-wife looks like she’s planning a diobacial plan to either kill Sai, his family Baby 5 or all three . Will Sai overcome this adversity, will we ever see what happen to Barto, will Oda explain why sai’s ex-wife looks like a man.
The cooking trio, pudding, Chiffon and Sanji are now in Coco-island ready to bake a big killer cake( literally you know how much sugar is in that cake. Looks like it appears that Sanji is hiding in the magic carpet, while pudding is straight up throwing Lola under the bus(rip)! Other than that not much is happening here.
Skipping a page, everyone has arrived and we now see big mom chiefs in closer detail. Which is no point kind of, cause we’re at the climax, but, what Pudding did was really cool. She point the memories of Sanji plan to the chiefs.
Aww look how adorable Sanji and pudding are together, the chiefs even are calling Sanji Mr. Husband, although Katakuri literally shot the man before they can exchange viols. A side note Sanji is an absolute beast in cooking, he memorized the structure and ingredients by looking and smelling it. Looks like it’s safe to say Sanji should be bare min.top 3 cooks in Op. Glad Oda showed it more since we haven’t seen him cook something major lately.
This page was personally hilarious, pudding keeps switching personas( get that check…), and Sanji casually just like yea. Hopefully we’ll see more of the attack cuisines, Sanji learn over the timeskip. A quick side note, if Big Mom taste the cake she might not let Sanji go actually so yea… if that happens idk..
Cutting back to Luffy vs Katakuri oml. Luffy is getting absoutly destroyed even worse than Doflamingo. Looks like Brule came back to her senses and still aggy as ever, and now trying to burn our beloved ship(sorry merry) the Sunny. Luffy advise Nami to break all the mirrors, but Katakuri interrupts and is mocking him . Personally I disliked how they introduced new minor characters during the 1v1, since it kind of reduce the tensions between in the fight. Also wished we saw more of it but oh well.
It’s nice seeing an intensive sea battle or escape. Seeing Big Mom walking on the water with pero candy slug… wth, zues would have been faster tbh. But then suddenly the unbelievable happened. We haven’t seen them in a while Guess Oda took this opportunity and gave it us.
Woah People… did you see that Gnarly wave let’s surf it ?
But seriously how the hell she literally gave the ocean life ( I do have a Theory) , and is now riding it like mainstream surf movies. These Yonkos are terrifying, Big Mom is literally the Avatar. Controlling fire, ,air(conquers) earth and now Water! Earth wind and fire . How are the Strawhats going to stall for another 3 hours who knows.

Hoshi o ou kodomo:- My Thoughts
Anime:- Hoshi o ou kodomo/ Children who chase lost Voices
Running Time:- 116 Minutes
Release Date:- Around May, 2011
Production Company:- CoMix Wave Films
Written, Cinematography:- Makoto Shinkai
Hello Everyone
This one came after 5 centimetres per second and yes an another Makoto Shinkai film, generally speaking only Kimi no na wa is the one and only Film I can adore out of his works but this film wasn’t that bad too, personally I felt this one was way better than most of his other works but it maybe just me.
So before heading my thoughts I like to talk about the plot
Plot
“Death” is something which is inevitable, Every living being in this world will undergo this part of the life cycle, of course it is the last part of the cycle so we like to make the best of the life we have. Now of course we will have our relatives, friends who will miss us and perhaps wishes to bring the dead back to the mortal World.
Basically the plot talks about how death of an individual can affect the people who care for them and the movie tries to express the emotions and feelings that especially 3 characters in this film is going through. In an attempt to bring back the dead, Asuna and Ryuji goes to the World of Agartha where they may be able to bring their dear ones back to the mortal realm.
The concept of this movie is quite interesting which prompted me to give it a try, nevertheless I wasn’t disappointed but it’s not out of this world.
Spoilers
To be honest once I finished this movie, I was quite happy that it was a good watch but after a day I was able to rethink my decision, well I personally felt that in regards to story and plot wise the movie headed nowhere. At the end of the movie, Ryuji and Shin ended for the worst while Asuna continues her daily life of school, I just wasn’t satisfied with the way the movie ended. Maybe it was because of the fact that I always prefer good endings over bad endings..I am not sure.
Next out of all the characters I felt Ryuji was the one who is the most relatable character to any person who has a hard time in moving on with life. Yes, he cared for wife too much but he had to move on with life but he didn’t and Makoto Shinkai demonstrated the consequences of not moving on with life through this character, at the near end of the movie I was quite surprised how he stopped thinking about what’s ethical. He was ready to accept Asuna as the vessel for Lisa’s incomplete life form to exist on..A clear scenario demonstrating how people change into something sinister when things are going according to the way they want.
After Shin destroyed the “Clavis” I felt sorry for Ryuji as he had lost Lisa.. He did so much to just to get her back even it caused him his sight and at the end of it all, he lost Lisa once again. Of course it had to be done for Asuna’s sake but if you could put yourself in his position, you might have done the same thing considering the circumstances..
Next let’s talk about Asuna, the female lead of this movie..I felt like she was just put into this circumstances just because of Mi-Mi like she never would have Met Shun if not for that cat or whatever it is.. It must have been difficult for her to cope up with the loss of Shun although their relationship couldn’t develop that much due to sudden unexpected death of Shun. By the way like Asuna, I was expecting Shun to come back one or the other way but was left disappointed at the end..
Well out of the 3 characters, Asuna was the only one with a better future to look forward to and was at least glad to see her going to her graduation ceremony and getting along with her life and not still depressed about the loss of Shun.
The final character I like to talk about is Shin, quite the opposite side of the Shun, impulsive and quite short-tempered. I am not such a big fan of this character but considering his age and his immature nature I can understand with the decisions he made..but I am not sure how he will move on with his life in Agartha after he went against his own people to give Asuna and Ryuji time to run..by the way the movie didn’t give us much of insight to how things are going to turn out for the 2 main male characters, so an another point to put in my reason behind my unsatisfactory remark!
How I interpret The Story!
After a day, I started to analyse a bit about the story and I was just sitting down and scratching my head with so many questions popping up in my brain. Why did Shun come to the outside surface? What was the task he failed in? Why couldn’t he survive in a different world?
After rethinking about all the events in the story, I made an interpretation of the whole plot which was not explained that well in the movie. According to me Shun came to the Outside Surface because he got notified by the elders of a “Clavis” in the outside World. Asuna using the “clavis” as the means of a radio signal detection Stone Could hear the last words of Shun before leaving Agartha. So Shun’s mission was to retrieve the Clavis so that no ordinary human can enter the gate to Agartha. Although it must have been specified that he can’t say on outside surface for long. Why? Look in my opinion , Every world has a defensive mechanism of eliminating anything foreign from set of normal things for maintaining the stability of the world. This concept can be applied to human body for example and our immunity acts as the defensive mechanism. Now the best example is how Asuna was always in danger in Agartha because she was considered as a foreign material in that place..So that may be the reason why Shun couldn’t survive on the outside surface too long. Why did he fail in his mission? He had to come to meet the person who has the Clavis but after analysing Asuna he may have decided to go against the order and also he suggested Asuna to not to come back because the gate keepers are hunting for her.
After that Shin came to the surface, just to see and report on what happened to Shun..So that’s my interpretation for the confusing part of the movie, rest of the things I was able to figure it out!
Animation
The Animation is always so well done for Makoto Shinkai’s any anime related projects he has done, although me personally felt that this was just above average when u compare this anime with the likes of Garden of Words and Kimi no Na wa!
The animation part which really kept my eyes glued was when the plot focus was in Agartha, the animation was able to show how beautiful Agartha really is even after the ruins and the countless loss they had over the years!
Music
To be honest I didn’t pay much attention to the music aspect of this film but I did love the Ending song
Hoshi wo Ou Kodomo – Hello, Goodbye & Hello – Anri Kumaki – Romaji Lyrics
The song reflects the mixed feelings of sadness and happiness that the viewers may have after watching this movie.
Overall Rating:- 8.2/10
The movie did have a strong message to give to the viewers but I am not that happy with the way the plot was executed and I have mentioned the reasons in the blog so I wasn’t able to bring myself to give this film a rating higher than this~ now maybe this film is all about its “pretty color” animation or there is more to it..Well let me know ur thoughts~♡

Brook's Importance in The Story
Hey guys back with another blog. Today I will be discussing Brook’s future roles and contributions to the Whole Cake Island Arc. It seems at this rate the arc will end around next year, meaning there is still a lot of time for Brook to shine. What has Brook done so far during this arc? Firstly, Brook has fought 1v1 against Big Mom, who is a yonko. Of course Brook lost, however to even be confident enough to fight against a yonkou goes to show how brave he is. This alone isn’t what makes me interested about Brook though. Big Mom mentioned as she was fighting Brook that he has been the only person ever to injure both Prometheus and Zeus. Now considering she has lived for more than 60 years, this is a great feat if Brook is the only individual in the whole world to have injured Big Mom’s Homies. Especially considering she has had to have encountered powerful pirates over the years. Now we know physical attacks and even haki do not work on either Zeus or Prometheus, therefore there is no way Brook would’ve injured either of them, except with his devil fruit power. Since Brook is essentially a soul inhabiting a skeleton body, I believe he can interact with other souls, such as Big Mom’s Zeus and Prometheus. This could also explain why he was able to take out those soldiers he was fighting against with his music. This may prove to be very useful later during the arc if the straw hats are to have to confront Big Mom.
Brook also has stolen the road poneglyph prints from the treasure room of big mom. Now, this is probably the most important factor. Without this, the whole trip to whole cake island would have been completely useless. Not only would they have had to gone back in the future, but they would never have that same golden opportunity as this to steal it. Brook just shortened One Piece by like 5 years lol. You’re welcome.
Brook also done the next best thing, destroying the photo of mother caramel. This photo was the essential part of the plan to assassinate Big Mom. Even though it did not work, it still shows Brook’s successful rates during missions and his ability of stealth. I mean, a lot of high level people were at that wedding. To find the most precise moment to break that photo is pretty impressive, regardless of how he did it.
Another important thing Brook did was held of Perespero and Katakuri whilst they were in the straw hats ship. In that time, if Brook and Chopper had not been there, the ship would’ve potentially been destroyed and it would’ve been much harder for Luffy and co to take back the ship.
Overall Brook has played a massively important role in this arc, and I feel that he still has more to go. With his devil fruit power, who knows what more he could do. Since he can run on water as shown prior to the time skip, could he potentially put the incoming wave to sleep via his music? Could he freeze the wave using the chills of the underworld? Who knows, but Brook is not done for the count, that’s for sure.

One Piece New Opening By Namie Amuro [ Discussions ]
Songs Namie Amuro Has Done
I am so hyped that she is making opening 20! She’s the same person who sang One Piece Opening 14, my favorite anime Opening of all time!
One Piece Opening 14 – 「 Fight Together 」 (HD 720p)
youtube
Basically I really do like the song in Opening 14, since it’s such a depressing, yet inspiring song. Luffy is trying to overcome his pain, and he eventually realizes that he still has his friends with him. This is seen with the blue coloring in the opening representing depression and the light represents the friends whom he remembers.
Namie Amuro also sang Inuyasha Ending 7. It’s such a clean and calm sounding ending.
InuYasha – Ending 7 (Full)
youtube
I like how this ending felt like the theme of Inuyasha at the time. The inner conflicts and the relationships going on were a bit heated. I also love symbolism in the moon and sky.
It’s so calming when you have an anime focus upon the sky and have that atmosphere in the song. These type of endings I like listening to when I’m tired and stressed it’s so relaxing. I want more of that in anime in general. It’s the perfect song for someone
She’s also done the Ending for One Piece: Adventure of Nebulandia. Not the biggest fan of this song though.
One Piece: Adventure of Nebulandia – Ending (Namie Amuro – Black Make Up)
youtube
I don’t like these type of funky songs, it fits the theme of the Special though. I did not like the special whatsoever, so it doesn’t make me hyped about what I watched. The special was pure plot convince century, Luffy would have wrecked easily if it weren’t for the plot convince. If I recall right the island had a ton of mist, and it weakened the Devil Fruit eaters. Or something along those lines.
Plus, I skipped Davy Back thinking it was filler, was never fond of Foxy. I will probably read it during a school break at some point though. Regardless, the song hit it’s purpose, but I was never fond of this purpose. Therefore it’s unfair for me to judge.
What I Expect
Manga Spoilers!
So, I am expecting a mixture between Opening 14, and perhaps 18 to be honest. There needs to be some melodramatic parts of the song to represent Sanji’s pain. Since, the whole arc revolves around his ordeal and trying to keep his hopes up.
Plus, it also makes you feel for Sanji as a character more. His character has been lacking this for quite a while. It also makes you hyped for the things that he does later on in the arc.
Another Sanji related scene I would love seeing is Luffy vs Sanji. This was pure greatness and one of the high points of the arc.
The emotional tension between Sanji and Luffy was stunning. Many people knock it down for not being as good as Luffy vs Usopp, but it’s not the same thing in the end.
As I said earlier it should have aspects of Opening 18 in which you do have that epic thrill in the opening. Personally I would prefer for them not to focus on Big Mom, but it’s her arc so they will be forced to do this. They should show the stand off between her and Brook.
That situation was completely hopeless in Brook’s part, yet he persisted to fight Big Mom. It was one of the coolest parts in the arc in my perspective and many fans hold this scene close to them. Even going as far to call Brook the MVP of the arc.
The number 1 things I would love to see is a stare off against Luffy vs Katakuri. Imagine the shot of Katakuri on the Sunny while the wind is blowing on scarf. And you have him looking down upon Luffy with his nonchalant face.
Then you should have an epic close up of Luffy and Katakuri’s faces as they’re having their stare off. With this it would show who the true threat is. And with epic and melodramatic music playing would make it much more hype.
I also think the opening should have Jinbei in it, since he did save have an epic confrontation against Big Mom.
For many of us One Piece fans including myself this made Jinbei much more likable of a character. Plus him joining the SHs would be reinforced by this. Perhaps even have Jinbei even drink that sake cup in the opening. The only problem to this is that One Piece is aired during the kids block of Japan. So, this probably won’t happen.
An important scene in the arc that I did enjoy to a certain extent was Pedro’s double suicide against Perospero.
I am still keeping my fingers crossed that he died. If they do add this I don’t want it to be a focal point, it would oversaturate the opening. But, they could also add his interesting confrontation against Tomago. I wished that battle lasted longer it was quite interesting. And funny at the same time.
The last scene I want to talk about is the Vinsmokes powering up.
Having this animated with high quality from an opening is another thing I want to see. The Vinsmokes reputation isn’t good in the One Piece community, so this makes people care for them much more. The manga panel of this was 10/10 in my mind, so hopefully the anime has this in the opening.
I really do not want to see Pudding much in the opening, it’s inevitable and it will happen. I don’t want her taking up more than 10 seconds in the new opening. Yet, this is highly likely. They will probably have the marriage as a key part in the opening. I’m just going to have my fingers crossed that they don’t go this direction.
Date of Release
The new opening will premiere on The 1st of October. It will be called Hope, which goes in line with my melodramatic theme that I was mentioning earlier. Hopefully it has those fierce points in the song though. So, it can make for some epic scenes as well. What are your thoughts?!

Naruto Look A Likes Characters
Hello everyone! Today let’s talk about Naturo Characters Look-Alike. I’m going to do a bunch of Naruto look-alikes. These are characters from either other anime or TV shows that have a striking resemblance to the Naruto characters.
What are Look-A-Likes?
Look A Likes are characters that look very similar. They can also share the same goals or values and not look alike at all. Remember they don’t have to share the same appearance!
I’m going to match up each of the characters listed in four categories: Appearance, Personality, and Character. Appearance will obviously be if they look like the character. Personality will be if they act like the character. Character will be similar backstories. Five Characters for each category. Ok! Let’s get started!
Appearance
Kageyama from Fairy Tail and Shikamaru
Alright so Kageyama is a character from Fairy Tail who was part of the Eisenwald Guild. He uses shadow magic (Shikamaru and Shadow Jutsu ) and he is very polite around other characters. But once he’s alone, he becomes a mean character who likes to fight around. He also has loyalty as a personality trait.
He lacks the laziness that Shikamaru has but he uses shadow magic, like how Shikamaru uses shadow jutsu. Also, his hair is black and in a ponytail. And, Kageyama usually wears green and has black or dark brown eyes. That’s why I picked these two to be Look-A-Likes.
Seijūro Akashi from Kuroko no Basket and Gaara
Ok so Seijūrō Akashi is a character from the most dramatic basketball show ever, Kuroko no Basket. He’s a redhead, has red eyes, and he’s very tall. This makes him stick out among the other characters especially when there’s a game going on.
I chose Seijūrō because Gaara and him both share similar hair, facial shape, and height. Gaara may not have the same eyes as Seijūrō but it’s fine. As you can see from the cover photo they also look awesome wearing each others’ clothes.
Sebastian Michaelis from Black Butler and Itachi
Now, I think that these two look alike. Black Butler is an anime about a demon butler named Sebastian who works for England’s youngest Earl, Ciel Phantomhive. This anime has a lot of action, drama, romance, and most of all, violence!
Lol, anyway to match up their appearances, both have red eyes and black hair with similar skin tones. Though Sebastian lacks Itachi’s long hair sometimes he wears his hair in a ponytail with the use of a wig. He does however lack Itachi’s facial features. Both do however usually have a serious look on their face.
Lexy from Fairy Tail Academy: Next Generation and Ino
Now I know nothing about Fairy Tail but I’m assuming that Levy is a character from either a Fairy Tail spin-off, filler, a continuation of the Fairy Tail manga, or an OVA. Anyway Lexy and Ino share a lot of noticeable qualities.
Ino and Lexy both have pale blue eyes and long blond hair. Lexy wears a pink or a very light purple while Ino wears a royal purple. Each wear skirts. I think that they look alike in some way. Most of the girls in Naruto have a unique style to them that sets them apart from other anime characters.
Personality
Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender and Orochimaru
Now, Azula is a sadistic, manipulative, power-hungry child. She’s a teenager from the SHOW (not anime) Avatar: The Last Airbender. It’s a show about a kid name Aang who has to master all four elements (water, earth, air, and fire) to bring balance to the world by defeating the evil Fire Nation. Azula is one of the antagonists.
Orochimaru and Azula share a lot of similar qualities. Both are very scary, are super strong, have a thirst for power, and they’re intelligent. Sure they make look a bit similar but I think the both of them would be evil leaders. The short time Azula was the Fire Lord, she was firing everybody for no reason. And, she became mad with power.
Kurapika from Hunter X Hunter and Sasuke
Ok Kurapika Kurta is the last surviving member of the Kurta Clan (I’m not making this up). Anyway, I chose these two because they share similar personalities and goals. Kurapika will stop at nothing to kill all of the Phantom Troupe which killed his family. But let’s get with personalities.
Sasuke and Kurapika are both prodigies and are very intelligent. Each has a quest for vengeance and even have legendary red eyes. In fact, Kurapika is usually labeled as “Blond Sasuke.” But out of the three categories, I find these two for personality more than goals and appearance. Both also go rogue against their friends just to conquer their goals, but Kurapika came back a lot sooner than Sasuke and never wanted to kill his friends.
Goals
Silvers Rayleigh and Ero Senin
Silvers Rayleigh is more like a mentor to Luffy as Jiraya was to Naruto. Jiraya was the main catalyst of Naruto’s growth so was Silvers Rayleigh. They both made the boys into the hero they are now.
They both believed ( Believe in C ase of Rayleigh ) in their students to become the Hero who would save the world. And while Naruto fulfilled his part Luffy still has to do it.
Princess Yona from Yona of the Dawn and Sakura
Alright back to anime. Yona is a princess of Kouka, a kingdom overthrown by her love. She and a general named Han must defend her country. Yona’s goal is also to become stronger since she is very weak and relieved no training from her father. She wants to become stronger even though even though everyone one around her knows she’s weak.
We obviously notice this in Sakura in the sense that both of them want to become stronger, and overtime, both did hone their skills and were able to impress their colleagues. Their goal is to defend the people they care about, and both of them succeeded
Do any of you have a match-up you would like to share with me? Let me know in the comments! I hope you all enjoyed this blog and let me know what I should write next!
