I have been making great progress with YMGYP this weekend, so here's some lines! If you count more than six, mind your business.

Elorin noticed the subtle change in Abdirak's brow, the way the corner of his mouth quirked up just faintly. "Indeed," Abdirak said. He turned to the crowd, spread his arms high, and said: "For is that not all we wish for? To spread the will of our beloved Loviatar?" He turned back to Whipmistress Rashira. "Perhaps we should reaffirm our devotion before the congregation." He extended a hand up towards her. "In the Frolic of Our Devotion."

Whipmistress Rashira's face twitched just slightly, and Elorin and Shadowheart glanced at each other.

"I'm guessing this doesn't involve skipping through meadows," Shadowheart said, and Abdirak chuckled without removing his eyes from Whipmistress'.

Well, it's ... it's TorchVoid (Bob x Johnny) because that's who I am now, so. As I got 3 tags, I'll add a few extra lines.

“Ok, last ball,” Johnny said, leaning in and giving Bob his most serious possible expression, “no holding back - Mystery Boy - this one’s it.” Bob took in a breath, his grasp on the basketball tight enough to make his knuckles a little white, his expression determined. Johnny held his breath too as Bob wound his arm back and took his shot. He launched it with force - the ball slamming into the backboard so hard it made a metallic crack like a thunderclap as it sunk into the hoop. A perfect shot. Bob’s face lit up. He spun on the spot - hitting Johnny with that massive beaming grin. The space around them lit up too. The flashing bulbs of the sign overhead suddenly blooming brighter - surging with energy - so bright Johnny could hear them humming.  Bob was oblivious; laughing, delighted and amazed and giddy. “Did you see that?” He was saying, breathless. “Y-yeah,” Johnny replied, realising it wasn’t just this stall, but spreading out across the whole park around them. The strings of bulbs tracing lines over their heads turning hot white with the sudden buzz - a web of light.
