My favourite skill which I know how to do well.🧘♀️
Today I would tell you about my yoga class and how I do exercises well. This is not easy to learn to do yoga exercises. Every day for several years you need practise to be a professional. Advanced people exercise two or even three times a day.💪🏻 Many asanas(this is the name of yoga exercises) are unwonted for body and people, especially in Russia, don't understand how to do it right. You need control your breath, attention, balance of your body. Also you need focus on sensations in the body and control your mind. уWhen you do yoga your thoughts need immerse only in practise and you don't get distract by something else. When you start to practise another thoughts must be turned off. The difficulty is that people don’t know how to turn off their heads and they cannot focus on meditation yoga and therefore they cannot get more pleasure from it. Also some asanas, for example, handstand is one of the most difficult asanas in yoga and for many people it seems uncomfortable and complicated to do. Yoga, of course, is famous for your static asanas. There is no a dynamic moving, you need do one move in several intervals and it is more difficult than, for example, cardio workout.
To be a professional you need:✅
find a teacher or school there you can give a soft start;
visit 2 or 3 times a week;
watch video on youtube or by electronic course there teacher explain how to do asanas correctly without hurt to you health because yoga can be traumatic;
practice yoga on your own at home for 30-40 minutes every day;
practise meditate every evening and monitor your body and condition;
practise breathing technique and monitor your thoughts.
I think my recommendation can be useful for beginners only if this is done regularly.🙌🏻

My best March 8th💐
My friend invited me to her home in Yaroslavl. 🏡
The girl I met in Karelia and I went by car in this city all evening after work. Our trip by car was exiting and interesting. We talked about films, books and travelling. After three-hour the girl and I became closer. “What versatile girl” - I thought. And we became friends. 👯♂️
We arrived at night.🌚 On the next day one of my friend made city tour by car for us. Unfortunately, the weather was windy, cold and snowy therefore we couldn’t walk. But… we could see a small part of the city through window of the car. 🚗 It was good too. ☺️ In the evening we sang in karaoke different old songs, played board games and drunk tasty tinctures.🥂 It was fun 🤩 That day I understood that I liked to sing 🎤
On the next day in the morning I made keratin for my hair. This was the first time. Now my hair is shiny and perfect. 👩🦳 In the evening we went to spa. 🧖♀️ It was amazing 😻 We ordered spa area somewhere in the forest and enjoyed time spending there. There were 3 zone: sauna, a barrel looks like torture chamber and a barrel outside. We evaporated all our demons 👹😅 Also we drunk juice, ate nuts, listened to music and discussed various stuffs. We were really relax and got enormous pleasure. After we went to the bar and drunk tinctures.🙃
We returned back by car too. During our trip we shared emotions and impressions from our recreation. 🗣️🙊
Conclusion: I relaxed 🎈, got new friend👯♀️ , made beautiful hair💁🏼♀️ and fell in love in karaoke.🎤
It was the best 8th of march in my life. Real women’s holiday 💜

Suicides on snowboards 🏂
This story about my first time snowboarding ✨
I wanted to get a board about 3 years and in 2024 it was happened 👯♀️
It was amazing trip with my friends and colleagues. We went to the most popular ski resort near Moscow. It named Sorochany. There were 5 of us: my 2 colleagues, 2 friends and me. We ordered car and ordered special clothes for this activity. Almost everyone was snowboarding for the first time. Only one of us rode for the second time and that’s why he taught us to stand on board.
It was very difficult 😥 but so cool and entertaining there .✨ I fell very often and knocked off my tailbone and arms. Several days later this pain made itself felt. Thank God I didn't break my neck 😅
What else an interesting: I am afraid of ski passes 😱. It was my first time too and different things that raised you scared me. I fell after every raising 😅
In the end of our trip my friends and I were going to eat at a restaurant “the bull” it was tasty and cheap there. We discussed snowboarding and shared impressions🫶🏻
As a result, I learned to stand on board and learned several techniques on how to turn and balance on board. I liked it. We are going to visit the ski resort from several weeks and enjoyed again 🙏🏻🥹
I hope that next time will more productive for me because I have basic knowledge to right snowboarding 💜

My amazing trip in republic of Karelia.
My friend and I decided to celebrate New Year in Karelia. 👯♀️
We ordered a tour in September and prepared for the trip in advance. We bought warm overalls and other necessary warm clothes. 🧣
We went by train and our neighbours were pleasant only in one our way there, on the way back they were strange but it didn’t spoil the mood.🚉
We arrived in Sortavala. It is one of the biggest cities of republic of Karelia. After the train we were met by our girl-guide who traveled all the tour with us. This tour consisted of 15 people. All guys were cool. Our hotel situated in 5 km of Finland. ✨
Our trip was scheduled every hour. We visited many beautiful locations. I think that we completely immersed in northern nature of Karelia. My friend and I and other participants of the tour went with open mouth because fabulous views fascinated us. 🌲🌲🌲
First day we got acquainted with the customs of northern people and fed deer and moose 🫎 Also we visited the valley of waterfalls where the water ran and didn’t freeze.
Second day we visited the museum of shungite. This mineral treats from different illnesses and this stone is added in cosmetics and even in food. In the evening we celebrated “New Year” very fun.🪨
Third day was a calm day. We walked around the area of the hotel and enjoyed a sunny frosty weather ❄️
And the last day we visited a husky kennel 🐕 where we chatted and petted dogs.
It was wonderful travel and now, I want to see Karelia in summer and autumn. Maybe this year I can do this 🫶🏻

When you are grown up your life-style change and that’s why today I want to tell you about difference between people who are 20 y.o and people who are 40 y.o.
I want to discuss the deference between girls and boys at the same age 👫
In your 20s it seems that life recourses don’t have boundaries. People eat what they want, don’t sleep enough, move a lot and don’t have problems with health. In your 20s you don’t think about time and how it is limited. The sea seems knee-deep for you and you can do absolutely anything😅people in their 20s go to the party, drink alcohol and feel good in the morning. In your 20s you are full of power and life is like a fairy tale 🤩
In your 40s I think your life isn’t so fabulous… Because when people become older they become more pragmatic. They think about their every step, plan their time and distributes Human Resources correctly. Usually people who are in their 40s, they have family, stable work and earnings, they also know that their time is limited. People can’t afford to stay up all night and then go to work because their health will sound the alarm ‼️ If forty-year-olds visit a party where they dance and drink alcohol very much, usually the next day they lie on the bed and don’t move 😅 there can be no talk about work or any other matters))) people in their 40s monitor their health much more often than people who are 20s because in tour 40s life energy is minimal.


Also we can notice the difference between girls and guys who are 20 and who are 40.
In their 20s girls don’t worry about their appearance.. I mean they can eat unhealthy food and not worry about their weight because they have a good metabolism and if they eat a cake or ice cream at night, it won’t be noticeable. Of course, girls who are 20 take care of themselfs but not so much as girls who are 40. Wrinkles appear at 40 y.o and women do plastic surgery and get injections to look younger. They more often think about their appearance. Also they take vitamins to keep them healthy. In their 40s girls become mother of child-angels or make a good carrier.
Guys in their 20s are absolutely carefree. They don’t worry about their health and appearance. They live to the fullest and don’t think about tomorrow. If they get sick, they won’t go to the doctor, because tomorrow it will all go away. In their 40 y.o guys are more conscious they take care about health, follow a regime, diet because age makes itself known.

Today I want to tell you about penguin “turners” is the strangest and rarest profession in our world. 🌍
Really, it sounds much fun 😅 but this job is very necessary for our society. Only two people on the planet have this profession and they live beyond the Arctic Circle in Antarctica.
What is the essence of this job?
When planes take off the sound wave knocks down penguins and they fall down on their back. The penguins can’t get up on their own and they need help. And this time penguin “turners” hurry up to save penguins 🐧
Penguins are clumsy. They have a short neck and they turn over body. They are also very curios. The plane makes a strong sound when taking off and penguins hear it, raise their head, lose balance, fall down on their back and become helpless. Penguin “turners” save them from the death☠️
This profession is listed in the Guinness Book of Records. Not everyone can become penguin “turners” because this job suit people who can adapt to serious climatic conditions.
I think it is a really useful job for society. Poor penguins would have died out a long time ago without people.

Unfortunately, every season in spring or autumn people catch a cold. The symptoms are as follows:
- sneeze 🤧;
- a runny nose 👃;
- blocked nose 🤥;
-high temperature 🤒;
- have a sore throat 😩;
- have a cough😷;
- sometimes have a headache🤕
In the 21st century, medicine is quite developed and people use special drops to cure the symptoms of the cold. But today I want to tell about very strange folk treatment was used in soviet time and also in my childhood 🥴
It is a steam bath over potatoes 🥔)))
This method help to cure blocked nose. The steam from potatoes helps to split snot in nose and warm up the nasopharynx.
How does this procedure go?
Potatoes are boiled in the peel, after potatoes were allowed to cool down to 40-50 degrees and you sit over a pot of potatoes, you was covered with a blanket and you breathe full 15-20 min.
I cannot remember this method help me or not, but I am sure that temporary effect was exactly.
While I'm writing this post, I remembered how a strange folk way to treat a cold. This is Steam bath for feet with mustard🦶🏻🦶🏻
I hate this method because the water basin was so hot that it was impossible to stand it. The procedure was follow as:
Pour hot water into the basin, put mustard, put your feet in water, cover with a blanket and sit for 15-20 minutes.
I think that both methods help sometimes but it is a cruel medicine. Thank God that now there are modern methods of treatment that are not so painful 🙏🏻

Every person wants to improve his life. We always try to do right things for our healthy, but sometimes it doesn’t work. There are some reasons:
1) laziness;
2)misunderstanding why it is needed.
As for me, I am very lazy person and every day I am fighting with myself. I set goals, take apart in different marathon which I came up with myself but my laziness wins on me. Nevertheless, I can be proud of some habits which I implement in my life:
- to eat vegetables every day🥗;
- to go to bed before 00:00🛏️;
- to do sport exercises several times a week🏃🏼♀️;
- to go for a walk about 1-1,5 hours🚶♀️;
Below, I will write that habits I want to have in my life:
- to do sport exercise every day💪🏻;
- to go to bed and wake up at the same time🛌;
- to study English every day(at least 30 min in a day)👩🏫;
- to read books📚;
- to do meditations🧘♀️;
- to limit to watch YouTube and scroll instagram📱💻.
I hope that I can do all the actions listed above every day😌

When we sleep we can see different dreams. It’s very interesting to discuss.
Some people think that their dreams have meaning. Some people say that one’s can predict their future. Maybe I agree with both opinions.
I have friend who told me that him dream predicted future. He told that he saw a dog in dream. He walked with it and care about it. From several days friend my friend gave away a dog because he has allergies. It’s wonder. I cannot believe it because this doesn’t happen with me.
As for me I only had deja vu. It means when some action has happened in your life and you try to remember when it happened but you can’t. It can explain. Deja vu like memory. We seem that action has happened recently. Our brain is interesting thing:) I think that deja vu can be attributed to predicting the future:)
Dreams are experiencing the past. When we think before fall asleep our thoughts broadcast in our brain from dreams.
I rarely dreams… maybe because I am deep sleeper. Although every human see dreams but some don’t remember it. And I am one of then)))

Habits I want to improve.
I think that sleeping is the most important thing every person’s life. When you sleep your body and emotional state are fully restored.
As for me, I sometimes don’t sleep enough. At working days I usually go to bed late, watch YouTube and in the morning I get up very tied… of course, my organism cannot rest.
That’s why I try to implement some sleep habits into my life:
- go to bed at the same time;
- put away my phone when I go to bed;
- don’t eat too much before going to bed;
- ventilate the room before sleep;
-go out for 30 min before sleep.
These rules help me get enough sleep and feel good.
