Sad

I just realised something pretty sad. In the past year I've never once been happy with how my body looks. Like when I was 6 and a half stone last summer I wasn't even happy then. I'm slipping back to that and like I just want to get to 6 stone and be happy but like I'm not sure ill even be happy.? Like I remember when I use to look in the mirror and be all ahh I look great in my head but now I can't seem to do that. Why

I'm researching things on the Internet about other rape victims with ptsd too. Interestingly some of their experiences are relating to mine like when they get triggered and they zone out while getting flashbacks this is literally why I always have my headphones in so there's something else to concentrate on if something triggers me seriously it really helps. It does mean I get unbelievably anxious tho if I leave my headphones somewhere or my iPod runs out of battery. Literally I have a second iPod as a backup.
