Hey sorry for disappearing for months but it's cold so that means I'm going to ⭐ve myself and wear lighter clothes to increase metabolism. Since September I went back to eating like a pig cuz I started volleyball and gained weight. I stopped volleyball cuz the environment was not for me even though I actually liked playing volleyball. I wanted to k Ms sm gosh it was so bad but I gained thigh muscles that made me look like a baddie but my belly was bloated as hell. To top it off I went to France for an exchange program and yk I had to taste some of the food so yea. I'm too embarrassed to see how much I weigh but last time I checked I was 66kg...fuck this shit I'm going full on Ed Sheeran no snacking or shit. I wish I could not eat at all but for now till February I'm living with my dad while my mom is enjoying her vacation so must have at least a meal everyday, if my mom was here as well she wouldn't have stopped me. Another problem is that if I don't eat I won't be able to study and this year I want to have perfect amazing grades cuz grades define your life.

Btw I also started 🌬ing and I've been hearing that it causes weight gain, others say it makes you less hungry idkk

I know I haven't been active for a while bc my dad kept on forcing me to eat meals with my family. I don't have an issue with them, it's only that when I'm surrounded by food I won't stop eating so I'd rather cook for myself. Now my cousins and auntie is staying for almost a month so my dad wants me to always eat with them.

Once my cousins are gone, my mom and I decided to have 1 meal a day and go for a walk. I love her sm. She doesn't force me to eat.
