But we were meant to be molded.

Shaped into something greater, something better. And we could do that by slowly finding the light within us. Using it to guide us. Away from the darkness.

We are not creatures who are entirely of the white light. Nor are we creatures who are entirely of the dark sludge. We are creatures of a morally grey concoction, of the dark sludge and the white light.

And that's what makes us special. Of being part of the sludge and the light. Of the flesh and blood, and the soul.

We're infinitely small and insignificant on a cosmic scale. But we're also a result of nearly 14 billion years of evolution. We're the waking universe looking back at itself.

Each one of us is a little part of the cosmos. A little part of a planet. Of a sun. Of a nebula. Of an asteroid. Of a star which has already died but yet it's light shines. So I guess, even if we came from the unknown, we are unknowingly, known.

And that's because we're fundamentally the same.
