Ingredients: 250g Pilze, fein gehackt. 2 Frhlingszwiebeln, fein gehackt. 1 Knoblauchzehe, gepresst. 1 TL Ingwer, gerieben. 200g Tofu, gewrfelt. 1 EL Sojasauce. 1 TL Sesaml. 1 TL Reisessig. 1 Packung Dumpling-Teigbltter. Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack. l zum Braten.
Instructions: In einer Pfanne etwas l erhitzen und die gehackten Pilze darin anbraten, bis sie Wasser verlieren und goldbraun sind. Frhlingszwiebeln, Knoblauch und Ingwer hinzufgen und kurz anbraten. Den gewrfelten Tofu, Sojasauce, Sesaml und Reisessig dazugeben. Alles gut vermengen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Die Dumpling-Teigbltter vorbereiten und jeweils einen Esslffel der Pilz-Tofu-Mischung in die Mitte legen. Die Teigbltter falten und die Rnder mit Wasser befeuchten, um sie zu verschlieen. Die Dumplings in einer Pfanne mit heiem l goldbraun braten, bis sie knusprig sind. Servieren und genieen!
