This salad is both healthy and tasty. It has the nutty flavors of edamame and farro with the sweetness of corn, all mixed together in a tangy lemon-honey dressing. Great for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients: 1 cup edamame, cooked and shelled. 1 cup corn kernels, cooked fresh or frozen. 1 cup cooked farro. 1/2 red bell pepper, diced. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese optional. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 teaspoon honey.
Instructions: Put the cooked edamame, corn, and farro in a large bowl and mix them together. Put the red bell pepper dices, red onion chops, and fresh cilantro in the bowl. For extra flavor, you can sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad if you want to. To make the dressing, mix the honey, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small bowl with a whisk. Pour the dressing over the salad, then toss everything together until it's well mixed. To taste, add salt and black pepper to the salad. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it so the flavors can mix. Enjoy your Edamame, Corn, and Farro Salad while it's still cold!

When you mix garlic, tomatoes, and herbs together, you get a tasty sauce that goes well with any kind of pasta. Plus, you can easily change it up by adding things like protein or vegetables.
Ingredients: 250g pasta. 2 tbsp olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 400g diced tomatoes. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1 tsp dried basil. Salt and pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good. Add the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper, along with the diced tomatoes. Allow the flavors to blend and the sauce to get a little thicker for 5 to 7 minutes. Toss the cooked pasta in the pan with the sauce until it's all covered. If you want, you can serve it hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

This Slow Cooker Air Fryer Steak recipe combines the convenience of a slow cooker with the quick crispiness of an air fryer. It results in tender, flavorful steaks with a perfectly crispy exterior, making it an ideal dish for busy weeknights.
Ingredients: 4 steaks about 1 inch thick. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup beef broth. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 onion, sliced. 1 bell pepper, sliced.
Instructions: Put minced garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix them together to make a marinade. Fill the slow cooker with steaks. Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are well covered. On top of the beef broth, put Worcestershire sauce. Add bell pepper and onion slices to the steaks. Steaks should be soft after 6 to 8 hours on low heat or 3 to 4 hours on high heat. The steaks should be moved from the slow cooker to an air fryer basket after they are done cooking. For 5 to 7 minutes, flip the steaks over halfway through and air fry them at 400F 200C until the outside is browned and crispy. Enjoy while hot!

Ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice. 2 chicken breasts, diced. 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 cup mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn. 2 eggs, beaten. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds for garnish. Green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up 1 tablespoon of oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Put in the diced chicken breasts and cook until they are browned and done. Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside. Put one more tablespoon of oil in the same pan. Mix in the garlic and cook until it smells good. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are soft. While the vegetables are moving to the side of the pan, pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Once the eggs are done, mix them with the vegetables. Stir the cooked rice and teriyaki sauce together well in the pan. Put the cooked chicken back in the pan and stir-fry for another two to three minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste. Before serving, top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

A quick and scrumptious 30-minute meal that combines the irresistible flavors of bacon, cheesy tortellini, and a creamy tomato sauce. Perfect for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients: 1 package of tortellini about 16 oz. 6 slices of bacon, chopped. 1 small onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup heavy cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. As directed on the package, cook the tortellini until they are al dente. After draining, set aside. Cook the chopped bacon over medium heat in a large ovenproof skillet until crispy. After taking the bacon out of the skillet, pat dry with paper towels. In the skillet, leave about 2 tablespoons of bacon grease. Add minced garlic and diced onions to the same skillet. Saut the onions until they become fragrant and transparent. In order to blend the flavors, stir in the can of diced tomatoes along with their juice and cook for a few minutes. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. Return the cooked tortellini to the skillet, stirring to distribute the tomato mixture throughout. Add the heavy cream and stir until a slight thickening of the sauce occurs. This ought to take two to three minutes. After the cooked bacon has been sprinkled, add the grated Parmesan cheese and the shredded mozzarella to the tortellini mixture. After transferring the skillet to the oven, preheat it and bake for ten to fifteen minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and browned. If desired, garnish with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy your delicious Bacon Tortellini Bake while it's still hot!
