If natural light helps us tell time, what does artificial light tell us?
Let me know! I’ve always been intrigued by how people would define how artificial light affects their worldview. A bit big and open ended question but these are everyday things that sometimes we give no second thoughts.
These are photos I’ve taken for SARC 161 - mapping my daily journey with objects I rarely think of that I’d define as landmarks

Oh whoops, turns out first year drained too much time for the last half of 2019. The photograph above was for our second interior project (SARC 111) and we had to present using collages and drawings. Here’s my first take, I’ll keep this as a reminder for the future to look back as see how far I’ve come, and so should you with your work!
Hope everyone is staying safe during this time of pandemic, stay home , stay positive , keep to your own bubble. We can all do this!

Sustainability should be one of the core courses while studying architecture. Climate Change started biting us ages ago and only now are we acting. Architecture is one of the top contributors when it comes to building and construction waste and only when my Sustainability course made my group realise.
These pages are brief notes for my Green Wall research project and so far my course is getting heavy every day. Posting once a week is a mission so we're now going for once a month?

Letter to all
Hi,
I am too tired juggling 4 courses doing weekly essays, projects every 3 weeks, and walking between campuses. Forget about wearing fancy black clothes, get yourself some rubber shoes and reusable cups.
Don’t get too creative to express yourself.
Many Thanks,
architectureamateur

Enters week 4 with little to none sleep, 2 essays due the following week, prototypes for wearable architecture, and a passive aggressive design process tutor that won’t say if you’re on the right path

It’s that busy to even keep up with this blog. I had to make miniature cardboard joints by thursday, a small essay about the home that represents me, get sick for 2 days, and read overwhelming emails and instructions.
pro tip so far ; get unlimited stock of paracetamol and any medicine for headaches but pls dont overdose
