That’s right—I made my own mini webcomic!! Available now ONLY on @webtoon canvas. The first 3 episodes are UP and I will be updating every Tuesday night. It is a collection of my hopeful sad poetic musings from the past 10 years illustrated with my two characters, the mermaid and the red-winged blackbird.🧜🏻‍♀️❤️‍🩹🪶

I’ve always written poetry all my life but have been too nervous to really share it because—wearing your heart on your sleeve can be scary! ❤️‍🩹 But that is what this comic is—the mermaid and the red winged blackbird symbolize “wearing your heart on your sleeve.” And I think maybe someone somewhere would like to read it. Maybe someone can be inspired by these two characters of mine. I hope you are.✨

(And before you ask me—Joy are you okay this comic is kind of sad—yes I am LOL I just love to write sad poetry and be a hopeless romantic. It’s that enneagram 4 in me haha.)🙈
