Manifesting with abandonment issues
(I realized that I had to tackle my triggers that stem from abandonment issues in order to feel at ease with myself in relationships and feeling ok receiving love/things that I didn't work for)
So I made up this lil practice:
First of all, I realized that most of my wounds stem from childhood, so I started seeing myself as little me, a child. Every time I felt triggered, I remembered that the one who's actually feeling triggered is little me. That made it easier for me to have compassion for myself instead of getting mad over my emotions.
I realized that I was seeking unconditional love, safety, consistency, appreciation, tenderness, understanding, etc... outside of myself. I know you've heard this at least once, but you gotta give yourself that which you seek from others. So that's what I started doing. How??? You may ask...
- Imma give you a real example from things that trigger me: Let's say I made some plans with a guy to meet up on the weekend. The day comes and BOOM, he texts me that he won't be able to make it and gives me a lame excuse or whatever. This is what I would do.
1) Acknowledge my emotions and FEEL them. Don't feel stupid for getting sad or angry, it's ok. 2) I talk to myself with love and compassion. I realized that sometimes I want other people to talk to me tenderly and support me unconditionally but I don't even do that for myself. So I started doing it. (During this practice I try my best to feel what im saying, not just do it like some type of homework)
EVERY TIME I felt abandoned: I would tell myself "Hey, Im here for you always, I will never abandon you. I lit can't even do that if I tried. You are me and I am you. We're bound together"
EVERY TIME I felt unappreciated: I would tell myself "Well you know what? I wouldn't pay attention to them because I think you're pretty cool for doing that or saying that" or "Who even are they? They do not matter cause they lame af and stupid. You, on the other hand... you're awesome and talented and kind and sweet, like pls"
EVERY TIME I felt like nobody cared for me: I would tell myself "Um hello? I'm still here. I exist and I'm somebody. So it would be a lie to think that nobody cares for you."
EVERY TIME I was obsessing over romantic love: I would tell myself "Ugh I know you want that so bad but I want you to turn your focus back on yourself. It is ok to want to feel love romantically but we should start looking at love in a healthy way and not as a fix to the craving you feel right now ok? Remember that I love you" (I would repeat I love you as many times as I needed until I felt fulfilled)
I hope you get what I'm saying, I actually tried to speak to myself as I would to my friends. Im usually kind, supportive and loving to others so I decided to give that to myself.
Do it consistently, build that relationship with yourself. It will make that emptiness go away, you will value yourself more which will result in seeing yourself in higher regard.
This is not for everyone, and it is NOT A TECHNIQUE FOR MANIFESTING. I just wanted to share what has been working for me and hope it helps anyone out there.

I have finally reached the sabbath state, so now all I desire is to work on my self-concept because I deserve to feel good about myself.
Also, thank you to everyone who has liked my posts. I did not expect anyone to care. And I know it's not that many but I appreciate you and I know you got your sh!t in the bag 'cause why wouldn't you? Hm?

If you feel anxious every time you think about your desires, read this:
First of all, give yourself some compassion. I know it's hard to let go of our old habits and thinking patterns. Be gentle with yourself and take it easy. Your desires won't run away from you.
With that said, I have noticed that a lot of people including me (in the past) tend to look at our desires as separate from us or a wish that has yet to be fulfilled. Stop right there:
This is not about HOPING IT WILL MANIFEST or PRETENDING I HAVE IT.
This is about accepting your new identity. What do I mean by this?
If I were to say that from now on your name is not the one you were given, it will be Chloe/Peter. What would you do? You would think, Ok... from now on im Chloe/Peter. You would just accept that as your truth (your new identity), easy... No resistance, no fears, no doubts, no questions.
See? Is that easy? What is holding you back?
It is most likely fear to trust, fear of the unknown and unfortunately I can't help you with that. You will have to take some time to address your fears and get to the root of the issue. Why is it that im so scared to let go? Why do I feel the need to control the outcome? Why is it so hard for me to TRUST? Imma need you to start having some faith in yourself and the law, because the only way to know if you're doing it right is by deciding that you're doing it right.

Every time you're feeling lack FULFILL YOURSELF in the 4d.
Every time you want to check the 3D, REMIND YOURSELF that the 4D is your true reality. Creation comes from within, so you shouldn't be looking for proof outside of you. Your proof is your IMAGINATION. Did you experience in the 4D? Yes? Ok then there's nothing to worry about.
Every time you start doubting if it will happen or manifest, trust that it will. You have manifested good or bad things before without trying so why would it be different now? Just TRUST IT IS YOURS. AND THERE'S NOTHING OR NO ONE THAT CAN TAKE IT AWAY FROM YOU unless you decide otherwise.

My takes on manifesting
disclaimer: pls understand this is how I see things or word them so its easier for me to digest and understand in the moment.

Focusing on feeling good, being relaxed and trusting that: as long as I decide and accept that I have my desire (no matter what) has been a game changer.
You gotta STOP messing with the 3D. I know it's hard but bro... you want manifesting to feel easy? You want it to feel effortless? Then stop looking at the 3D. I realized that I was the one DECIDING to be anxious and doubtful about my manifestations. You need to TRUST, I know it feels scary to have faith, but it helps so much. Then being in the state won't be so difficult, because you are accepting your power, accepting who you are.
Visualizing, affirming, scripting, etc... They all WORK. Ppl need to stop fighting over something so silly. It works because you ARE the one who believes it works. You may say "I tried affirming... it didn't work but doing SATS did" great, cool, something worked for you, let other people find what works for them. Like I can't understand how you can say "I am limitless" and still believe there are limitations to manifesting.
I think we need to really digest and process some of the info we are consuming, really sit with it. Understand what some of these ppl are saying and put it into PRACTICE.
Again, change your perspective about manifestation. If your end goal is to get something in the 3D you are making things way too difficult for you. The focus should not be to get your desires ( I know you want them bad but trust me), we say this not because you need to let go of wanting them...NO. This is so you understand how this actually works. As long as you keep FOCUSING on fulfilling yourself internally, accepting that your desires are yours in your imagination, accepting that they have no other option but to manifest eventually because it is LAW, reminding yourself that you have the power over everything just by deciding (as easy as choosing what shoes you'll wear today), that any doubt or concern over your manifestations is a bunch of bull because YOU decide what is TRUE and what is NOT, everything will work out fine...Trust that <3
