Nefertiti rides the 7 Train. This just started as random sketches and lines had no intention this would become a head figure. The more I worked it I couldn't help but activate my memory of Egyptian dietities. Nefertiti emerged for me, I know I've seen her on the 7 Train, a NYC Subway line. Oil bars, oil pastels, litho pencils, glazing mediums on a 12"x12" canvas.
