No Spoilers 28 years later review

Watched 28 years later and all I can say is…

!!!SCOTLAND FOREVER !!!

(wait I just realized that it’s in the Uk, misunderstood the Scottish highlands and geography)

Anyways it was a really solid movie all around. The ending was a bit odd but sorta welcoming(?) after the gut punch that happened. I love the free map that my theater was giving out but sadly I didn’t get one. It has more lore in it including a site called rageleaks.net. (Password is momentomori) I’m investigating it rn but I love how it has a sort of arg. Apparently if you’re a history nerd of Scotland, you’ll get more of a kick with some scenes.

I’ve been stuck in this creative runt and I’m afraid once college starts, my motivation for creating will start again even though I’ll be busy as BALLS.

ESPECIALLY since I *might* be going to comic con this year (first time) so I wanna cosplay someone BUT I’m not entirely sure if I’m even gonna get the tickets in time.

some blink and you miss it moments in TGD that someone already probably pointed out

1: Glyphs on tsd car engine(?) that could be translated but it’s not really clear

(edit: I found a clear photo of it in acrylic animations showreel)

2: bell in the entrance of the butcher shop having some glyphs

3: Breadhead has a tattoo that says dad and it’s in a heart

4:Someone already posted the screenshots but some silly secrets in the impact frames of the car chase

this is an obvious one but I just wanted to add it in because I think Breadhead is some sort of homunculus

no surprise that I’m nuts about psychopomp now. Trying to piece together the lore since I know it’s probably bigger than “schizophrenic woman all in le head story”. I’m fine with spoilers since it’ll help me piece the story. I wish I got into psychopomp earlier to get the Vena makeship plushie.

This shows a scene that happens a week after her injury. Momo is laying in bed, trying to get to sleep, but her mind won't let her. She keeps going over the fight in her head, stewing over how much better she could have done, or how much she HATED those stupid aliens-!

Her emotions reach a boiling point and she begins sobbing, smashing her face against the pillow as she selflessly let's out the frustration that had been building up inside her all week.

She doesn't want to think right now, but more than anything, she just wants to see Okarun.

Suddenly the window besides her bed snaps open. Okarun, in Turbo mode, is crouched on the edge of the sill, an odd mixture of desperation and relief painted his features.

Instinctively Momo reaches up just a Okarun bends down before he gently gathers her in his arms, somehow knowing exactly what she wants. After steep jump from the window, Okarun settles Momo onto his back, and takes off night.

Soon the bitterness and frustration that had been bubbling in Momo's heart evaporates, replaced with pure joy and excitement as she feels the wind whip past her face. They've never done this for fun before, only during a fights, so being able to simply enjoy Okarun's speed and agility like this was incredible!

Okarun was having just as much fun, and their shared excitement made them both feel almost drunk, and soon the two of them were giggling like idiots and laughing.

-Later on the two finally sit down and try and figure out how Okarun knew she was upset. It doesn't take long for them to figure out they're feeling each other's emotions, which of course causes them to panic for a bit.

-Those pajama's Okarun are wearing were a gift from Momo, she said the penguin's on it reminded her of him.

The Bottom one is Alien Momo after she first transformed. She didn't know how to change back at first, but she really didn't care, not until she knew Okarun was awake and finally okay.

My drive for mouthwashing fizzled out like 2 months ago but I forgot to post this. It’s just a giant curly hallucination and the little person could be Anya or Jimbo in the blood ocean. I just couldn’t execute the idea that I had in my head for this so it looks scuffed and rushed.

MOUTHWASHING ACTOR AU

I had this idea struck at me like lightning last night and I was going to write it down but I fell asleep. I would draw this out but it would come out looking dookie.

It would be like one of those found footage things where someone bought a storage unit and found a load of vhs’s plus some props. They put the footage on YouTube not knowing what the tapes are actually about. (The first video they put is of the mouthwash crew recording their first day on set) A second clip was uploaded but with one of those early text things (I forgot what they’re called) saying that they searched up about a mouthwashing movie and put a name to all the actors faces. (Idk if I’m going to give the actors for the tulpars crew names so I’ll refer to them as the names we already know) Another clip gets uploaded of Curlys actor going around and interviewing the crew and how they feel about filming. (I also don’t know if curly should have a double when he’s injured or something else if that makes sense)

I’ll write more soon but people can use this concept and build on it if they want :P

More of the rehab/ every is (almost) fine au but here’s Curly getting better (skin grafts, hair growing, and prosthetics) talking to Daisuke and Anya. The crew (except Jimmy) keep in touch with each other. They sometimes talk to Jimmy but he’s in space jail for crashing the ship. The crash still happened but the crew got rescued quickly.

I have no idea yet as to what happened with his right eye and nose in the game so I’m assuming they’re both gone.

I have no idea what mouthwashing is really about but captain curly and Anya intrigue me. Watching manlybadasshero play it and so far it’s pretty slow but I feel like it’s going to ramp up soon. The quality get crunched but it gives it spunk lol.

Finally got some inspiration to draw from Jackie, I love me a new mysterious clown. I would post this on my other socials but nah.
