Grey eyes flickering open under her helmet, Cynthia's unsteady gaze glanced around her. It was dark - she knew that much, with one of the few sources of light being the glittering stars above. A look below saw her arms cemented together with.. something; a viscous organic material with numerous violet glowing eyes adorning the surface, all gazing up at her form with sightless pupils. Attempting to move her legs resulted in less results; the same matter ensnaring her up to her thighs and leaving her forced upright. Those are stuck, too. Fuck.

Her head ached from the sudden difference in pressure from being teleported while unconscious, cheek twitching as her hand ached to rub at a temple. Stiffness near her lips proved that her nose had previously bloodied due to the harsh pressure change, and a lingering taste of iron made her weakly cough. At least her oxygen regulation in her suit was still active, being the only thing preventing her from breathing in tainted air.

The Artificer was well and truly entrapped- for now, it seems, and without the familiar weight of her beloved jet-pack on her spine. A glint of white caught her eye, and a turn to her right saw her equipment; having been roughly discarded to the side while she was rendered unconscious from the teleportation, clearly scratched up by claws and embedded in pulsing spiderwebs of void tissue. The marks on the expensive and precious equipment given to her by the High Court made Cynthia bristle.

Choosing to hold her tongue, she only let out a long tired sigh from beneath her helmet, lips stretched into a line. In the distance, illuminated by the same purple, were numerous void beings- including the Void Jailers that were responsible for imprisoning her during a moment of distraction, alongside strange architecture that wove and curled in unnatural patterns. Best to stay quiet and figure out something while she had the time.

God. Dammit.

(played a bit of viend for the first proper time yesterday! didnt know the fella made noises when he jumps :3 very fun, although my adhd does kick me in the ass when i forget to check the corruption lolol. super fun!

(on another note, here's my voiceclaim for viend though not nearly as evil as simulacra, viend is a sweet fella :3 i like the idea of the numerous varying tones!
