“I love you—I do—but I am afraid of making that love too important. Because you’re always going to leave me. We can’t deny it. You’re always going to leave.”

These are written
so that you may believe
that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God,
and that by believing
you may have life
in His name.

“Do not mock a pain that you haven’t endured.”
With this in mind I find myself at a loss for giving forgiveness, it is hard to forgive someone that has crossed the line, that in fact they are so far over the line you wonder if they will ever be able to repent...
I am not mad at myself for not being able to forgive, but proud of myself for cutting ties with a person I found was toxic in my life, that was, from the shadows, tearing me down and making me feel awful about myself.
I cannot fully understand why someone would tell me I’m a horrible person for not forgiving to someone, when in reality I am much healthier in my life and in who I am as a person without worrying about the toxic people in my life and having them whisper things in my ear to make me feel bad about myself.
I changed myself by removing you, maybe it’s your turn to change yourself to a less judgement person, to be less of a bigot, to be more understanding, to open your mind to today and see the world is changing and to see that MENTAL HEALTH is NOT a joke. Its not some play toy you throw at people to tear them down. It is NOT something to mock them with.
I pray you find forgiveness in yourself, and that you find forgiveness from God with the words you decided were okay to speak to someone battling depression.
