DMC brainrot came back and I pulled and fleshed out a OC I made in 7th grade, Well she is the mother of Nero!

Delilah Aylin Yagasuri

brown hair, freckles littered across her face, a summer dress, wears white bows in her hair, pulling back the soft strands, a fuller figure, light green eyes, quiet though when alone with her partner Vergil she can gain a more firey temperament, she's a Nephilim, who's parents escaped hell and then promptly died around the same time as when Vergil and Dante lost theirs, she tries to live life to the fullest and avoid conflict as much as possible, her devil trigger is black almost marbled skin with white feathers and wings that cover her form, hiding her face, she fights with Vergil and she is prone to high anxiety and anxiety attacks though rarely anyone picks it up other than Vergil who knows her better than anyone else, mother of Nero.

(in her current design graduated me, she does not have freckles)

Her blade she uses is the Yagasuri (yes I did use it as her last name to remember the full name it means feather pattern showing she is a Nephilim)

She had to leave Nero after a year of his birth as she was pregnant at 18 and Vergil "Died" a day after the conception being banished to hell, turning into Nelo Angelo

After giving birth to Nero she took care of him but was constantly under the threat of demons attacking her and Nero so she left Nero with a human family to hopefully have a better life and leaves until the plot of DMC5 but watches and interacts with Dante in DMC4

Vergil was 19 when he and Delilah had Nero

As seen in screenies, she has black limbs this is a part of her partial devil trigger

- Her full devil trigger gives her marbled black skin and black hair, gold eyes and along with her usual feathered wings she gets another set of them (4) though she cannot heal from it like Dante and Vergil

- Cassial - An angel who fell from heaven after seeing how corrupt people became angels included and helped Sparda

- Riveria - Delilah's mother she was a succubus in Sparda's revolution of hell and met Cassial through those endeavors

- Meaning of Delilah - delicate/languishing

Cassial had named Delilah, Delilah wanting her to be delicate with the world around her to treat things as they were supposed to be treated, fragile, though later in life that is where the double meaning of languishing came into play

Delilah's parents died when she was 6 // Vergil 7 as Mundus stormed her parents house as he had killed Sparda and Eva and killed Cassial and Riveria ripping off Cassial's wings infront of Delilah and she managed to escape through a broken hole in the wall, covered in her parents blood and then Vergil finding her in an alley

BACK TO THE POINT

I was listening to epic the musical because it is peak but I was thinking, Vergil was only able to come back after 24 years, 19 + 24 = 43, Vergil and Dante's Cannon age in DMC5.

Delilah was waiting for him those 24 years and now I really want to make a Delilah and Vergil fic but it's Odysseus and Penelope themed.
