The only way Rhysand could truly be the ‘most powerful HL’ is if one of his ancestors had somehow managed to absorb the power of Dusk Court (because where the hell is Dusk Court? Also the territory of NC is much larger in comparison to the other courts.). Otherwise, it makes no sense that the land and the cauldron would give one HL more power than the rest.

In a battle between two HLs, the winner would be the one who was more creative in how they used their powers, not because one is stronger than the other.
