My friend Joelle and I usually have very different aesthetics - she usually wears pinup styles in dark jewel colours and long skirts, and I wear either pastel lolita of loud casual styles with short skirts.

We decided we wanted to match for the Saturday of Auckland's Spring Armageddon, and our best option was to rainbow it up!

I always enjoy the rare opportunities I get to wear decora and this was no exception. We both got lots of compliments too, as a set and separately, which was lovely.

Casual Sweet Lolita Wa Coordinate

I bought this Wa set for my birthday in July, but being in the southern hemisphere means it's mid-winter, far foo cold for my normal wa style - so I swapped the usual kimono blouse for a sweater. It's a bit bulky looking, but better that than freezing!I also do not ever wear dark green, so figured I'd at least try to make mint work, and I'll definitely be adding more mint and Berry accessories in the future.

two of my least worn lolita items.

This NSG blouse is stunning but the sheerness and thinness really limit what it works with, and the big sleeves make it impractical.

This Bodyline skirt is very flattering but I almost never wear florals and I never wear classic lolita. It was an impulse purchase, oops. I want to buy the other skirts that were made in this shape, even if the design of this one isn't ideal for me.

I don't totally know if I like the combination but it happened, so here it is.

The ultimate size inclusive lolita resource

I've been working on an ultimate size-inclusive lolita resource document, featuring everything from reviewers to brand lists to sizing guides to help groups - but I need your help too!

Currently, most of these are compiled from my own knowledge, my local comm, and Reddit. But I have little knowledge (or access) to, say, European specific resources, or non-English resources. So I need help finding them!

I want this to be as universal as possible, so please check out what we have so far and contribute what you can, either using the provided email, or commenting on this post.
