Nucleon@scrafturott: “Nice day for a beach nap huh? You got some nice bling there, where’d ya get it?” The Nucleon smiles at the sleeping mon.

???: Oh hey stranger! It sure is!! I just got done taking a nice dip and the sun is really nice on my scales!

???: This is one of my few days off, and I’m loving every minute of it!]

“Wow you’ve certainly spent a lot of time planning this out! Guess you have nothin but time though. Sounds like a good plan to me! To bad I can’t help y’all out since the barrier doesn’t effect me. Good luck though!”

“Of course, it’s not like I know for sure it’ll work. But I have solid reason to suspect it will.”

His horns light up with Psychic, and he floats something over out of one of his boxes, which were pressed into the back corner of the room. It’s a ripped page from a book, with crude scribblings etched into a blank space. Information, clearly, but it’s hard to tell what it means. Luckily Anthony seems perfectly able to decipher it; it’s his own writing, after all.

“See, after asking everyone how long they’ve been here, I noticed a pattern.” He gestures to some numbers on the page. “Year-long gaps in-between each prisoner. But!” He gestures to the numbers again. “More specifically, different amounts of time between each new capture by the Warden; it’s not uniform. So why, I wondered, was there a difference?”

He sets the paper on the ground and reads some of it aloud. “Anthony, Girafarig (me), 18 years in the tower. Tarrai, Seviper, 15 years in the tower. Goldie, Pikachu, 5 years in the tower. And Gravity, Musharna, just arrived.” He glances up. “All recently updated to the current time. I had to wonder….why was there only a three-year gap between me and Tarrai, but a ten-year gap between her and Goldie? And then, after talking with them more, I figured out the difference. It’s proportional. Specifically, proportional to how long it takes each of us to stop testing the barrier.” He stamps a hoof for emphasis.

He levitates the page back to his box, lifting it away from his tail as it attempts to bite it. “Which begs the question: why would she wait for that if the barrier is infallible? Is it possible that it can only take so much stress at a time, and she’s trying to lessen the risk of too much at once?”

The tail gives an excited nod. “Chomp, chomp chomp!”

Anthony nods, as if the limb had said something profound. “I think that if enough stress is put on it, from enough strong attacks, we could push it past its limit. The Victini is crucial, surely stronger than the rest of us, and a key part of this plan now that I know they’re here. They could put so much stress on the barrier. So much.”

“It hurts if ‘m bad. Trying to take it off is bad. So’s trying ta leave...” glow mumbles the last statement, picking at the grass. She may not be who she looked like but that wasn’t going to stop him from taking what comfort he could while she was still there.

“Oh geez that’s not too great lil bud. You should probably head home. Radiation is like these nasty lil particles that can muck up your bod just by being near em. It shouldn’t be to bad this far out but if ya ain’t feelin good you should get some rest somewhere else.”

The strange mon’s head bounces to the sound of his music as he heads towards the forest, care to ask him some questions?

Glow was wandering aimlessly around the clearing when he heard something he hadn’t heard in months and certainly wasn’t expecting it now.

Glow had frozen stiff as his mind raced with nonsense at the sound of the human. He clenched his paws and forced himself to take a skakey breath. He slowly glanced over his shoulder to glance at Rosa. He couldn’t remember ever seeing someone like that before letting him relax enough to try and process her question.

He turned around fully and rubbed at the tattoo on his arm. ‘Thank you ma’am,’ his brow furrowed in concentration as he attempted to psychically speak. He wasn’t very good at it but he knew that humans wanted to be answered that way instead of speaking. He wasn’t sure what stars where but it sounded like a compliment so he’d take it. The second part of the question though... ‘I, yes I live here now. No one else is here, other than the ferals.’ He rubs his arm feeling uncomfortable.

“I know glasses are spos’d to be for humans, but no one was usin them and theyd been here for a while,” he rubbed his arm and looks to the ground, obviously uncomfortable. “Are you gonna take them? I know I’m not spos’d to have human things, but they help me see better... an no one else has been around till recently to take them back.”
