admittedly, declans soldier attire isnt the most unique. he gets a gas mask when hes working with chemicals and diving gear when hes on underwater missions. as for his regular uniform, he has a mask with shark teeth on it, as well as thicker armor on his legs because of the large chemical burn that made his right leg weaker.

ahh i know!!! im a little frustrated by it too, because for sure im not getting soldier vibes from this man.

but like, he doesnt need to be super serious and i see the blog as a place for him to be able to wind down, yknow? which is why i try adding more emotion to any writing of him that isnt answering asks: so people can see both side.

... maybe ill try writing his responses like hes on edge or something. i just dont want people thinking thats his whole character. because he really is a silly meow meow surfer boy at heart...

most times, when im stuck home injured, i take in a couple strays. keep them long enough to get healthy, then pass ’em on to folks who could adopt ’em proper!

... i try not to get injured heaps, so its not that many strays...

declans main canon is set in the 2019 modern warfare reboot universe. though, because of all the interactions with other ocs, i also see him in a separate au! i still view declan and all blogs that interact as being in the reboot world, but its alternative to fit all non canon characters. hope this makes sense!

colorful shorts or full body wetsuit. those are the two things you will see him in. though, in reality, hes mostly going in the shorts, just because he likes the wind. the few times hes in a wet suit is cause he wants to look professional.
