hello! this is my intro to my sort of blog or post whatever else I feel like posting!!

basic information... to start with, some basic information. my name is alice and im from the uk. im not going to specify my age, but i am a minor so please keep that in mind. my favourite school subjects are art, english and computing. i speak two languages, english and russian, and i am learning spanish at school. it would be my dream to know many more languages though. i have an amazing, awesome, perfect boyfriend who i am very grateful for. my main interest is music and collecting physical media and i am slowly building up my collections of cds, dvds, records and more! and thank you for deciding to read this and / or my blog (once i've actually started posting a bit)

this section is sort of more about me, stuff I like and more...

stuff i like... okay so this might be a bit long, so i apologise. ill probably break it up into main branches i guess (im not sure how else to describe it) and go from there!!

music...

i would say music is one of the most important things to me. i genuinely dont know what i would do without it. it brings people together and is a way for people to express themselves. anyways, here is some music i like, and feel free to tell me any music you like!!

my current favourite artists are beabadoobee, kitty craft, and mazzy star. i do love many more bands and singers, it's just these are my current favourites.

my current favourite songs are anyone else but you by the moldy peaches (thats one of my permanent favourites), gone sugaring by mirah (i really want to get into her music more) and i wish i was stephen malkmus by beabadoobee.

i also, as said before, collect a lot of music. i collect cds, vinyl, cassettes, music magazines, music biographies and dvds of movies about / by music artists. i started collecting around january 2024, and some of my collections have grown quite a lot!! i already have 150 cds since then!!

okay enough about music, but again, feel free to give recommendations. i love love love listening to new music!!

movies and tv shows...

movies... i do love movies, but i wouldn't say they're as important as music is to me, but they are pretty cool in my opinion. i do collect dvds, and i do have quite a few favourite movies. my favourite movies are...

tv shows... i dont really watch tv shows too much, but i do have a long list of ones i want to watch. currently, im watching house.md (i've almost finished season 3). i also really really really like adventure time. it was my favourite cartoon as a child, then i forgot about it for ages and recently i have remembered it and have been rewatching it properly!!

same with music, i would love recommendations!! i really need to watch more movies, because i hear people around me mention them a lot, and then i have only heard of the movie and haven't watched it, which i would love to change. i would love to have watched many many movies!!

hobbies...

this is just a quick list of my hobbies, as i feel this is getting quite long and might be a bit boring to read all of it (you're awesome if you have gotten this far). anyway, my hobbies include...

art and drawing, photography, listening to music, writing, listening to music and now, blogging!!

(i know my hobbies list isn't that extensive or exciting, but i am looking into getting into more hobbies and finding more things i love doing!!)
