My current Imaginary Scenario is to pretend I'm a mouse in a sort of Beatrix Potter World and imagine all the different objects in my house and how I obtained them. You know, spool of thread side table I stole from an old lady's purse. Velvet ring box armchair I found discarded in the park after a failed marriage proposal. Pocket square bed linens I liberated from the coat of a man distracted by a pretentious argument about beer. Bottle cap dishes also liberated during that argument. Beaded curtain that used to be a Mardi Gras necklace. That sort of thing.

A shrine in memory of a sorrowful soul.

Started as painting practice. I imagine the Lamb would make one of these immediately, and it would look how it normally looks in game, but as the centuries pass they would improve it. Still, it's somewhere in a part of the Cult that doesn't have a lot of follower traffic. Not hidden, but not in the way.

The flock never tend to it, but the bells are often cleaned and the candles are almost always lit.

Just a little PSA for all our mental health (and chronic pain*) spoonies out there! A lot of doctors neglect to mention this little side effect, which means a lot of us are suffering extra from the heat without knowing why.

*Many psych meds are used to treat chronic pain as well, if you didn’t know!

Echo of the Larkspur Review

I just finished reading Echo of the Larkspur by A.A. Freeman, aka @aughtpunk!

For the first couple chapters, I was kinda eh about it, and the first pov change threw me for a loop, but once I got into it, boy was I into it. It took effort to put it down and go to sleep at night, and I definitely gave myself eyestrain trying to read it on my phone while laying in bed at like midnight.

4.5 out of 5 stars, definitely recommend if you are into queer sci-fi romance!
