How making art for myself and making healthy decisions in life helped me improve my art:
People will probably ask, what does health have to do with art? Well i'm here to tell you it makes a huge difference. I have diabetes and I just started taking it more seriously this year. Taking my meds, excercising and eating health and it helped tremendously with my thought process, how I see life and my energy. I wondered why I was so tired to make art all the time. It was because I wasnt taking care of my body. That and my vitamin d deficiancy. When you dont pay attention to your health, it can take a toll on your body and healthy decision making. I am also a messy person at heart. In school I always had the most messy desk and room but thats alright. It takes a lot to change a bad habit and with habit tracking and just writing sown my intentions I learnes to form healthy habits. Im so happy my mind is clearer. My familys minds are cleare and more happy. It really does make a difference to put your health and even mental health first in life. If you are managing those two things, it makes life easier. From one artist to another I hope this helps.
