fimbriae are responsible for bacterial pathogenicity and biofilm production, which are important virulence factors in uropathogenic Escherichia coli strains. Many articles are published on FimH, but each examined a specific aspect of this protein. The current review study aimed at focusing on structure and conformational changes and describing efforts to use this protein in novel potential treatments for urinary tract infections, typing methods, and expression systems. The current study was the first review that briefly and effectively examined issues related to FimH adhesin.

COVID-19 virus-linked Cerebrovascular Accidents (CVA) were more severe and resulted in a higher risk for severe disability and mortality following acute insult. Although the pathophysiology is not fully understood, the neuro-targeting nature of SARS-COV-2 due to vascular injury and the hyperimmune response were plausible proposed mechanisms. Further research is warranted to have a deep insight into the possible mechanisms. Herein, we review the current literature and describe five patients we have encountered during the SARS-COV-2 viral pandemic.

Primary hypotensive reaction is a rare type of transfusion reaction caused by excess bradykinin in the blood product, which is typically not screened for during packed red blood cell preparation. Here, we describe a patient who experienced hypotension during blood transfusion that could not be attributed to other life-threatening reactions such as acute hemolytic reaction, anaphylaxis, transfusion-related acute lung injury, or sepsis.

Nalbuphine hydrochloride (5a,6a)-17-(Cyclobutylmethyl)-4,5- epoxymorphinan-3,6,14-triol hydrochloride, is narcotic analgesic drug which is a morphine- like drug with agonist activity at the k- opioid receptor and antagonist activity at the μ-opioid receptor.
