2022 Toyota Sienna
Coming off a total redesign for the 2021 model year, the 2022 Toyota Sienna adds a new grade and a couple of upgrades to existing trims. The 2021 makeover gave the latest Sienna a sleeker exterior than the preceding third-gen "swagger wagon" and a more aerodynamic design that makes the large people-mover more fuel efficient. To make the Sienna even more of a fuel-sipper, it's only available with a four-cylinder hybrid powertrain, which replaced the previous version's V6 and traded performance for fuel efficiency. Along with the Chrysler Pacifica, the Sienna remains one of only two minivans available with all-wheel drive.
The 2022 Toyota Sienna is available in six trim levels: LE, XLE, XSE, XLE Woodland Edition, Limited, and Platinum. Pricing is a couple grand more than the Honda Odyssey or the new Kia Carnival and similar to the Chrysler Pacifica. The popular pick is the XLE, and it's our recommendation as well. The Sienna's hybrid powertrain pairs a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with two electric motors and a continuously variable automatic transmission that sends power to the front wheels. The all-wheel-drive version gets a third electric motor that drives the rear wheels. The hybrid system delivers a total of 245 horsepower — significantly less than the previous model's 296-hp V6. But the difference is not as bad as it sounds, as the electric motors deliver an instant punch that makes the Sienna feel responsive around town. It's only when accelerating at higher speeds that the missing cylinders are evident. The Sienna's fuel economy is tops among minivans, by a lot. The hybrid powertrain returns 36 mpg for city or highway, according to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). With all-wheel drive, the highway figure slips to 35 mpg. The next-closest competitor is the Chrysler Pacifica plug-in hybrid, which gets 29/30 mpg city/highway or 82 MPGe combined. The Honda Odyssey and the non-hybrid Chrysler Pacifica carry EPA estimates of 19/28 mpg city/highway.

All-NEW 2022 Ford Maverick
The all-new Ford Maverick is the smallest and least expensive pickup on the market. Unlike Ford's larger Ranger and F-Series pickups, which have rugged, real-deal truck chassis, the Maverick is mechanically similar to the Ford Escape crossover, so it's less of a work truck and more of a fun truck. With a standard hybrid engine or an available turbocharged gas engine, the Maverick is also the most fuel-efficient pickup available. And its size makes it ideal for urban environments.
Ford offers the Maverick in three trim levels: XL, XLT, and Lariat. All provide good value, but we recommend the XLT model with the optional FX4 Off-Road package.
The Maverick's standard hybrid powertrain pairs a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with a small electric motor to produce 191 total system horsepower. Front-wheel drive and a continuously variable automatic transmission are also standard. It's a responsive combination that does a good job of getting the Maverick up to speed. Power delivery is well-managed, and the engine is generally quiet, except under hard acceleration. An optional 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 250 hp is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission with front-wheel or all-wheel drive.
The hybrid doesn't feel under-powered, but those who crave strong performance or the added capability of all-wheel drive will find the 2.0-liter to be worth the sacrifice in fuel economy. The Maverick's power and acceleration are in line with its rivals, including the Hyundai Santa Cruz, Nissan Frontier, and Ford Ranger. All Mavericks handle well, thanks to a car-like ride and responsive steering. Add the FX4 Off-Road package with its range of available drive modes, and you'll be better able to tackle dirt roads and mild trails. The Santa Cruz also delivers a smooth, car-like ride but costs about $4,000 more.
The Maverick can tow up to 4,000 pounds with a maximum payload of 1,500 pounds. That's plenty for most buyers. Its closest rival, the Hyundai Santa Cruz, can tow up to 5,000 pounds with a maximum payload of 1,906 pounds with its optional engine. There is storage everywhere in the Maverick, and its bed is exceptionally versatile though small at just 4.5-feet long. Most small pickups have 5-foot beds, while the Santa Cruz's is just 4 feet long.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) estimates that the 2022 Ford Maverick with the 2.0-liter engine will return 26 mpg in combined city and highway driving with front-wheel drive, or 25 mpg combined with all-wheel drive. Those numbers beat the Hyundai Santa Cruz, Nissan Frontier, and Ford Ranger.
Fuel economy figures for the hybrid haven't been finalized, but Ford aims for an EPA-estimated 37 mpg combined. The Maverick would not only be the most fuel-efficient small pickup in the United States by a large margin, but it would also rival the fuel efficiency of small compact cars such as the Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla.

2022 Nissan Kicks | Affordable Crossover!!
The Nissan Kicks is the brand's smallest and most affordable crossover. It sits in the heart of the compact crossover class, offering seating for five, impressive cargo space, and a low starting price. Its stand-out styling gives the Kicks a fun, youthful vibe. It provides plenty of standard features, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, blind-spot warning, and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection. Its small engine doesn't have thrilling acceleration, but it's extremely fuel efficient, making the Kicks perfect for commuters. More powerful rivals include the Kia Seltos, Hyundai Venue, Honda HR-V, and Toyota Corolla Cross.
The Nissan Kicks is powered by a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine. It's rated at 122 horsepower, sending power to the front wheels through a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). This small engine isn't much of an issue in city driving, but it's a challenge on highways. The Kicks takes its time getting up to speed so drivers must plan accordingly. Extra power for highway passing isn't readily available. There's a fair amount of noise from the engine and the CVT. Road and wind noise is also noticeable, especially at highway speeds. The ride is generally comfortable, but uneven pavement and potholes will make themselves known. Steering isn't responsive, but the Kicks tracks well, so it doesn't require constant inputs.
The Hyundai Venue has better steering and is more responsive when you're heavy on the gas. The Kia Seltos has more horsepower and an available turbocharged engine for its top trim. The Honda HR-V and Toyota Corolla Cross are considerably more powerful.
The Environmental Protection Agency estimates the 2022 Nissan Kicks will get 31 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highway. That makes the Kicks a good choice for drivers with long commutes.
The Hyundai Venue, Kia Seltos, Honda HR-V, and Toyota Corolla Cross all post lower fuel economy figures. If fuel economy is your priority, then the Kicks is the one to pick.

🔥🔥2023 Nissan Z | Super Car!!🔥🔥
After a three-year hiatus, Nissan has reintroduced the Z sports coupe for 2023. Its retro-themed exterior styling breathes new life into the Z's storied lifetime, but the 2023 Z isn't entirely new. Underneath its new bodywork and restyled interior is the same chassis as the Nissan 370Z it replaces. It's been reinforced for added stiffness, but it's limited by a design that dates back to 2009. On the plus side, a more powerful 400-horsepower twin-turbocharged V6 engine and new suspension tunings improve handling and comfort.
This new 2023 Nissan Z continues the tradition of delivering fun driving dynamics without breaking the bank. If you're a Z fan, we're certain you'll appreciate the many improvements. Otherwise, we suggest checking out the competition that includes the Toyota GR Supra and the more affordable Ford Mustang GT or Chevrolet Camaro SS.
The 2023 Nissan Z with the manual transmission is estimated by the Environmental Protection Agency to return 18 mpg in city driving and 24 mpg on the highway. The nine-speed automatic increases the estimate to 19/28 mpg city/highway.
The Toyota Supra beats those automatic figures by 2 to 3 mpg. Not surprisingly, the V8-powered muscle cars are thirstier, with the Mustang estimated at 15/24 mpg city/highway, regardless of whether you go with a manual or automatic transmission. The Camaro is rated at 16/26 mpg with its 10-speed automatic transmission; the manual drops highway efficiency to 24 mpg.

🔥🔥2023 Honda HR-V🔥🔥
The Honda HR-V is one of the United States' best-selling small SUVs. That's saying something, as the small crossover segment has exploded in popularity over the past few years. This year the HR-V is all-new. Honda has given it a complete redesign, improving the affordable subcompact SUV in practically every way. It is larger, more comfortable, more refined, better looking, and it has more cargo space. It's also more fun to drive thanks to its larger, more powerful engine, some steering components from the sporty Honda Civic, and a new sophisticated independent rear suspension borrowed from the Honda CR-V.
We're also impressed with the HR-V's new interior. It has a clean and sporty design similar to the Civic's, but with cool new touches like a curvy double-decker center console. Plus, the HR-V now has a digital instrument display and a larger touchscreen. These extensive upgrades and affordable pricing should keep the HR-V ahead of key rivals such as the Toyota Corolla Cross, Mazda CX-30, Kia Seltos, and Hyundai Kona.
The Environmental Protection Agency estimates that the 2023 Honda HR-V will return 26 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway with front-wheel drive. Fuel economy dips to 25/30 mpg city/highway with all-wheel drive. These numbers are good for this class. The Toyota Corolla Cross is rated at 31/33 mpg city/highway with front-wheel drive and 29/32 mpg with all-wheel drive. The Hyundai Kona and Kia Seltos both are rated at 30/35 mpg city/highway. The Mazda CX-30 returns 24/31 mpg.

2022 Subaru WRX Sedan | First Look!!
The Subaru WRX owes its heritage to the World Rally Championship. That is why this compact four-door sedan has all-wheel drive, a high-horsepower engine, and a suspension tuned for performance. For 2022 the WRX is all new, but it carries forward in the most important ways. It has a new, more athletic and less extreme body with a tasteful grille and wide hood scoop. The aluminum front fenders reduce the car's overall weight. The taillights glow with a look Subaru designers say is reminiscent of volcanic magma. The new model also adds a top-of-the-line GT trim with electronic damping and a sport-oriented continuously variable automatic transmission. Drivers can opt for Comfort, Normal, and Sport settings, and have a total of 430 ways to customize steering feel, damper settings, and engine management.

Nissan Pathfinder | 3-Row Family Mid Size SUV!!
The 2023 Nissan Pathfinder harks back to its roots with the new off-road-focused Rock Creek edition. The Pathfinder has evolved over decades from a small two-door SUV in the mid-1980s — Nissan’s answer to the Chevrolet Blazer, Jeep Cherokee(/jeep/cherokee/), and Toyota 4Runner — to today’s three-row family shuttle sharing little with its predecessor except a name.
The new Rock Creek trim evokes some of that old-school mountain goat with off-road-inspired styling, a (slightly) lifted suspension (5/8-inch), all-terrain tires mounted on beadlock wheels, and a tubular roof rack. Synthetic leather and cloth-blend upholstery with orange contrast stitching highlights the interior, while a surround-view monitor incorporates several camera views to help maneuver on the trail. The Rock Creek is also rated to tow up to 6,000 pounds, more than most rivals.
Despite the off-road homage, today’s Pathfinder still makes its natural habitat on pavement. Following a full redesign last year marked by new styling, upgraded interior, and improved powertrain (listless old rubber-band transmission replaced by new nine-speed unit), the Pathfinder has vaulted back into contention with today’s top three-row midsize SUVs, including the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, and Kia Telluride. Offering ample features and versatility at an attractive price, the Pathfinder merits a close look from anyone seeking to buy an SUV.

🔥🔥2023 Toyota bZ4X 🔥🔥 bZ4X is the official name of Toyota’s first battery-electric vehicle since its experiment with a Tesla-powered Toyota RAV4. Initial U.S. sales will be concentrated in California and a few other EV-friendly states, but the new electric crossover eventually will be available in all 50 states. For the bZ4X, though, some of the edges and creases have been softened, providing a softer look than the RAV4. The gently curved hood drops sharply to a grille-less front fascia with knife-slit narrow LED lights. The roof slopes slightly to the rear, where a light bar spans the back end and trapezoidal shapes draw the eye from the taillights to the rear wheels. Altogether, it gives the bZ4X a wide, muscular stance.
The cargo bay behind the rear seats is about the same size as the Toyota Venza‘s 28.8 cubic feet, much less than the 37.6 cubic feet in the similar-sized RAV4. Like the Venza, the bZ has a rear liftgate window that leans sharply forward, cutting into the space provided by a more traditional SUV-crossover’s upright liftgate. The front-wheel-drive variants of the bZ4X get a 201-horsepower electric motor with 195 pound-feet of torque. The dual-motor (one on each axle) all-wheel-drive versions get a slight boost to 215 total hp and 248 lb-ft. That gives the bZ fairly leisurely acceleration. Toyota reports it will take 7.7 seconds from zero to 60 mph for the dual-motor versions and 8.4 seconds for the single motors. Power is stored in a lithium-ion battery pack with 71.4 kWh total capacity for the single-motor version, 72.8 kWh for the two-motor models. On a 240-volt charger, the type used for charging at restaurants, shopping malls, museums, and movie theaters, the bZ4X’s onboard 6.6-kilowatt charger can refill a depleted battery in about 9 hours. An 11-kW charger, reportedly coming in late 2022, would take 6 hours. The bZ will use a liquid cooling system for its batteries, and Toyota says it is aiming for 90 percent of capacity remaining after 10 years of driving 15,000 miles a year. Toyota says the longest-range version of the bZ4X will deliver up to 250 miles per charge. The average driver in the U.S. covers less than 30 miles a day. And, according to Toyota, most EV buyers also have a gas-burning vehicle that can handle long-distance driving. But several competitors are about to launch similarly sized electric crossovers with up to 300 miles of range and, in many shoppers’ minds, more is better, especially if there’s not much cost difference. Likely rivals in the current market are the Chevrolet Bolt EUV, some trims of the Ford Mustang Mach-E, the Nissan Leaf Plus, and the Volkswagen ID.4. Coming in 2022 are the Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6, Nissan Ariya, and Subaru Solterra. ¨C14C

ALL-NEW 2023 Honda Pilot
Three-row midsize SUVs are excellent choices for growing families, and the Honda Pilot was the go-to choice until the Kia Telluride arrived in 2020. The redesigned 2023 Honda Pilot looks to recapture the top spot with a host of changes and upgrades. The new Pilot is 3.4 inches longer than its predecessor, resulting in more legroom for second and third-row passengers. It also increases cargo capacity to class-leading dimensions.
On the outside, the new Pilot has a more upright, utilitarian shape, giving it a strong presence that suits the updated TrailSport off-road model. The previous TrailSport was more of an appearance package, but the new model has legitimate off-road capabilities. Inside, a new removable second-row center seat provides unparalleled versatility, too.
Given the numerous enhancements and improvements, the 2023 Honda Pilot has the right stuff to better challenge the Telluride and related Hyundai Palisade.
Fuel economy estimates have not yet been released by the Environmental Protection Agency, but we expect the 2023 Honda Pilot to return similar or slightly better figures than the 2022 Pilot, which was rated at 20 mpg in the city and 27 mpg for highway driving. All-wheel-drive models earn 19/25 mpg city/highway.

2023 Toyota Crown Overview
Toyota Crown, a new high-riding sedan with the shape of a hatchback (though it has a conventional trunk), hybrid-only powertrains and truly funky styling. Toyota often plays it too safe with its new vehicles, so it's nice to see the company really swinging for the fences with the Crown.
t has been 50 years since Toyota last sold its Crown sedan in the U.S., but the model was introduced in Japan in 1955 as the Toyopet Crown. It has been Toyota's mainstream sedan there ever since, the choice of families, executives, taxi drivers, and police.
The 2023 Crown, now in its 16th generation, is back in the States as the three-trim, all-hybrid, all-wheel-drive, tall-roofed, fastback-styled four-door replacing the venerable Toyota Avalon sedan. It is almost the same size, inside and out, as the Honda Accord and Volkswagen Arteon sedans.
The Crown's tall roofline and high seating position have generated some debate. But there's no denying that it is eye-catching, especially in the optional two-tone color scheme available with the top Platinum trim.
By positioning the Crown as a premium model, Toyota is telling shoppers that this is a special vehicle, not to be confused with other midsize sedans. By offering two hybrid powertrains, one of them more performance-oriented, Toyota hopes the Crown will appeal to those seeking fuel efficiency and creature comforts as well as those hoping for a bit of twisty country road fun.
We found that generally, it succeeds but still falls short on driving excitement, even with the 340-horsepower hybrid system and adaptive suspension that come exclusively with the Platinum trim.
Competition in the non-luxury large sedan segment is almost gone. Three rivals — the Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, and Nissan Maxima — are being discontinued in 2023. That leaves the Accord Hybrid and VW Arteon. Some shoppers might consider the Genesis G80, Audi A6, and Volvo S90 mild hybrids, all of which cost more and aren't likely to be cross-shopped with the Toyota Crown. Based on appearance and premium content, though, the Crown can proudly hold its head high in that crowd.
All the Platinum's performance enhancements come at a serious penalty to fuel economy. Toyota estimates this version of the Crown will return 27 mpg in combined driving — a fairly unimpressive figure compared to other sedans with non-hybrid powertrains. The current Avalon V6, for instance, produces a bit less power and has a 26 mpg combined estimate, as does the BMW 540i with its marginally less potent turbocharged inline-six. On paper, the Crown Platinum's powertrain seems heavy and overengineered without much benefit to the driver compared to other options.

2023 Range Rover Sport | PHEV
Opulent luxury and off-road capabilities rarely result in overlapping Venn diagrams, but that narrow intersection is precisely where the fully redesigned 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport calls home. In the Land Rover lineup, it sits between the more expensive full-sized Range Rover and the smaller Velar. Beyond the Land Rover brand, there really aren't any direct competitors that deliver the same level of luxury adventure, though the Lexus LX 600 comes close.
That begs the question of whether you really need that much off-road prowess, as the Range Rover Sport costs as much as $20,000 more than a city-bound Mercedes-Benz GLE and $10,000 more than a base Porsche Cayenne. If you can justify the need or additional expense, you'll be treated to one of the few vehicles that is as well-mannered on the road as it is capable off pavement.
The Range Rover is available with a trio of powertrains, starting with a turbocharged inline-six with a 48-volt hybrid system dubbed P400 that develops 395 horsepower. During our initial test drive it proved to be silky-smooth and provided adequate pep to tug the large Range Rover around. A 523-hp twin-turbo 4.4-liter V-8 engine—Land Rover calls it P530—is even perkier and cranks up the Range Rover's towing capacity to 8200 pounds. A 434-hp plug-in hybrid option—called P440e—is also available but only on the short wheelbase SE trim.
The Range Rover's ride is suitably plush and, with its adjustable air suspension set to Comfort mode, it virtually floats down the road. Turning the dial to Dynamic mode firms things up some, but the big Rover still aims for a comfort-first mission.

ALL-NEW 2023 Bugatti Chiron Profilée
It’s a one-off, based on the Pur Sport. That car, you might remember was the lightest, most track focused Chiron. It wore magnesium wheels, shorter gear ratios that improved sprinting ability (2.3secs to 62mph stat fans!) and a giant six foot wide rear wing. But Bugatti’s customers (what a demanding bunch they are) wanted more. They asked for a car that combined the dynamic appeal of the Pur Sport, with the more muted aesthetics of the ‘lesser’ Chirons. And so the Profilée was born.
In place of the raised full width wing comes an integrated spoiler that still manages to develop 80 per cent of the Pur Sport’s downforce. And do so more efficiently. While the Pur Sport’s top speed was 218mph, the Profilée is capable of 236mph. The wing serves a double purpose, not only delivering downforce with its top surface, but evacuating hot air from the underside.
At the front Profilée gains wider air inlets, a larger Bugatti horseshoe grille to aid radiator cooling and a revised front splitter. The chassis has been adjusted, putting its overall set-up between Sport and Pur Sport. The springs are 10 per cent stiffer than the Sport and the rear axle gains 50 per cent more negative camber. The aim is better grip with no loss of comfort.
Of course it comes with the Pur Sport’s full ticket 1500PS/1479bhp quad turbo W16 power train.

Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 More than 60 years ago, the Ford Mustang was created with a magic formula that has served it well. It's always been a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive two-door with sporty bucket seats and a small backseat. With a long hood and short rear deck, the Mustang looks powerful and sporty, even in base-level trims. Ford has recently dropped most of its car line, leaving just the Mustang and specialty Ford GT among a host of SUVs and pickup trucks.
For 2022, Ford is bypassing major changes to the Mustang in favor of freshening the lineup with five new special-edition models. The Mustang is one of those rare vehicles that can justify a very wide price spread. A basic Mustang EcoBoost Fastback has a starting price of just over $28,000, while the Shelby GT500 has a base price of more than $70,000. Options can push that price to about $100,000. The 2022 Ford Mustang coupe is available in six trim levels: EcoBoost, EcoBoost Premium, GT, GT Premium, Mach 1, and Shelby GT500. Convertibles and Premium trims are limited to the EcoBoost and GT trims. The convertibles cost about $5,000 more than the equivalent coupes.
The GT Premium is the popular trim, but we recommend the GT. The Ford Mustang's base engine is a turbocharged 310-horsepower 2.3-liter four-cylinder backed by a six-speed manual transmission or an optional 10-speed rev-matching automatic. The high-performance 2.3-liter brings output to 330 hp. Both four-cylinder-equipped Mustangs are well-balanced and fun to drive. For more power, the GT has a 5.0-liter V8 rated at 450 hp. Buyers choose between a six-speed manual and 10-speed automatic. The Mach 1 has a 470-hp version of the 5.0-liter V8 and uses a six-speed rev-matching manual or 10-speed automatic. Finally, there is the Shelby GT500 with its 5.2-liter supercharged V8 delivering 760 hp and 625 pound-feet of torque. It's matched to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic that allows rapid manual gear selection. If high fuel economy is important, consider the EcoBoost models.
According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Ford Mustang with the base 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder and automatic transmission gets an estimated 21 mpg during city driving and 32 mpg on the highway. A 5.0-liter V8-equipped Mustang GT with automatic transmission earns 15/24 mpg city/highway. Manual transmissions drop those numbers by about 1 mpg.
