Current "workout" plan isn't working out. Taking a week off from that plan - will continue to watch what I eat and walk to pickup as the weather allows - and weigh in and start a new challenge come November 1st.

Started doing my workouts with the boys each night...they now ask to do them with me! Helps keep me motivated, especially when I'm over my calorie intake and feeling down!

Breastfeeding/Babywearing while dieting problems...
Spent over two hours walking the museum this morning while wearing Reagan, burning a ridiculous amount of calories, so I had a cheeseburger for lunch but just a bowl of broccoli for dinner. Still have over 1200 calories left to consume today but nothing sounds good or do I have on hand. 😔

Day 21
Only down 1lb...it's not very motivating but we're starting out really slow with the workout. Was hoping for a bit more weight loss, but this week really sucked for me and eating all my feelings! We start Level One workout today...here's to more improvement and hopefully even lower numbers on the scale in the next twenty days!

I'm back!
17 days into my healthy body challenge with my little sister and so I figured I'd start this little blog back up. Started at 169lbs and hope to get to 135-140 by this time next year. A totally obtainable goal. No restrictions. Everything in moderation. Make an effort to eat better everyday. Get up and move! First weigh in is this Sunday...wish me luck!

Update of sorts
Seeing as how I’m finally squeezing back into my pre-pregnancy jeans I figured I’d take a gander at the scales to see where I was sitting….
Last time I stepped on the scales it read 176 and that was a while ago, and yesterday it read 167! So, I don’t know how long it took but in the past few months I have managed to lose 9lbs!
This week I started consciously deciding to walk instead of driving everywhere. Now, it seriously limits where we go but walking 2-4 miles a day will help get me actually fitting into my jeans. I know it's not really much, but it's a good start for me. In five days I walked about 15 miles…and I’m still alive! I think this may actually work, weather permitting…but there’s also mall walking if the weather is bad…yep, no excuses!

Fit mom plan (take 5,234)
Cleaning out the sitting room of our bedroom today to make room for the Xbox to connect to the TV in there. Zumba game I got for Christmas can finally be used!!!!! My plan is to work out during nap time each weekday. Wish me luck!

Still sitting at the same spot I've been at for months. Need to get some motivation to really make a change... Thought buying a swimsuit would help kick my ass in gear, but it wasn't that bad after all. Need to rethink my strategy.
