ooooofffff yeahh sorry if I seemed annoying with that one but I'm just so used to literally everyone having this opinion and like basically using lena as almost a character to self-insert themselves into the situation and like romanticizing max and all that when he didn't deserve it much

I definitely agree though that I really like how they bonded!!!!! that scene in season 1 definitely was super cute and idk ig if max hadn't gotten into the accident and disappeared to nowhere they could've still had fun as friends a lot (I actually have very little faith that the show would have NOT made a massive plot point of henri and max going at each others' throats if max had stayed but oh well 😭) and also I actually like max's own personal arc not affiliated with lena quite a lot tbh

like that part where he basically sets up a whole rube goldberg machine in the school common area because he couldn't walk like I wish the show would show that side of him more! and the fact that he started the BLOK like yes bro he's very flawed but also so cool and yeah ur right that the thing with the letter was pretty disappointing :/

but that's lowkey how they showed dash was leaving as well so idk maybe the show just works like that

the one thing that caused me not to be upset about the letter thing was purely how that would mean he wouldn't be a potential love interest for lena anymore like I kind of celebrated when that happened even if I was upset we wouldn't be seeing more of his character :/ like that would have been p nice honestly like this show kind of wrote off a lot of characters in mysterious ways and I really missed clive towards the end and even francie I wish she existed in more episodes than just some at the end of season 1 💔 and idk where older oscar falls into this tbh bc his character is still there but not his actor-? soooo 😭

but yeah when nico showed up I deadass expected him to just fully be max's replacement but at that point I had more doubt that he'd be endgame with lena bc it wasn't likely that they would keep them together after he just showed up in the last season and henri's still thugging it out back there 💀

but yeah sorry if this ended up bad from ur perspective I totally get that 💔 .....but also small yippee y'know 🙏

i am absolutely and utterly devastated. So since i'm sick and i've got an ear infection what better way to waste my time other than rewatching "find me in paris"? To this day i just CANT understand whyyy lena and max were not endgame. WE WERE ROBBED. They were perfect, basically made for each other and he just leaves?!?!?
