Worked on the pirate ship some more for today's Nightmare Kart dev post!

I finished up the UVs for the wood panel texture, and also made and added an iron grate and captains cabin window texture as well!

The windows add a lot to the ship; they are fully transparent and therefore players can see inside said cabin. Because of this, I added a yellow glow inside to pique the players curiosity!

It is still very unfinished, with warped UVs in some places, but it already looks so good with the new colorful wood texture!!

This part of the beach level is full of tight turns and daring jumps, but my favorite part is trying to balance on the bowspirit beam at the end, which rewards players who successfully stay on it with a boost jump!
