OOC: So once the play is set up how will the theatre operate. bad end theatre seems tricky to translate into Tumblr blog mechanics so I'm curious, will it be polls or questions or reblog and like goals to determine fates? (I hope my tone doesn't come across as rude- I'm just genuinely intrigued and want to know-)

Hi anon! Don’t worry your tone isn’t rude to me at all! Anyways to answer your question we decided to best mimic the vibes of the au we would do a mix of answering you guys questions from the inbox and setting up interactive posts that have polls so that way the audience can vote to make decisions that would effect the story in universe!

That being said we do have the main parts of what kind of story we wish to tell planned out loosely but the decisions you all make to get to those story plot points are up to you all ^_^ I wish you all luck!

If we're still in pre-production... what else needs to be done before the show can get started?

I was going to send in a joke-y ask but I should ask beforehand. Does it annoy the mods, mentions of Siloop, even in a light hearted context?

If you make jokes about it we are just going to respond how we personally think the characters may react to it. If it’s specifically asks along the lines of “we want you to write/ draw them doing or saying romantic things” we will not draw/ answer it. In general for the au there isn’t really a huge focus on romance/ romantic relationships (there’s still a few romantic pairings in there that’s canon like claude + Euphrasie etc.)

In terms of what either of us personally interpret Siffrin and Loops dynamic with one another: we don’t see it as romantic so whenever we are talking about the two of them (whether in ooc text posts like these or how they both react to another in character) it’s not gonna be under a romantic lens. We don’t think they’d really have a specific label or name for whatever the two of them got going on (the closest thing either of could us think of is a QPR. )

According to the dictionary, a play classified as a tragedy is one where the protagonist suffers a major event such as death or loss of a loved one. A comedy is the opposite, where the protagonist encounters an overall uplifting event.

Theres no secret name of course, but I wonder if your names were chosen based on what happened in your lives...?

hey underling! can you tell us more about where your from? what did the overlord save you and your sister from? what was life like before the overlord saved you?

Sorry this is more of an ooc question cause I'm curious. Where does 'Siffrin name origin from a flower' come from? I looked it up before but I thought the creator said it came from Sisyphus (which I had also assumed to be the case while playing the game).

Ooc answer: I’m gonna be real I have no idea what that previous answer was going on about.

If I had to guess, I assume the previous ask was making a reference to the actual character tragedy from the bad end theater (one of the game the au is loosely based on) since Tragedy’s real name is revealed to be Lilium ( which is a type of flower)

This has literally zero to do with this au at all though which is why I answered the question the way I did.

The au is using isat characters only, the only things it’s using from bad end theater is colors/ style in terms of art direction and the general premise of the game. ( it’s not a exact 1-1, there are certain aspects of both games story that is gonna be switched around/ changed / removed and some that’s kept or added in to make something new etc )

Figured I could say my answer it in a way that felt natural then go “ huh” bc that’s no fun. Hope this clears any confusion.
