In the past few months of my baking I've had major progress when it comes to ending up with a ruined batch I think in these few months I've only had a few breakdowns over my baking while in the past it's been I'd have a meltdown basically every time I baked which made it very very stressful and unfun
Now that I've tried to adopt a "Whats done is done, we can't change the past only our actions" and "every attempt is just another lesson we learn" and "mistakes are okay, just another vessel for learning" mindset it's been much more gratifying and I actually want to bake more.
Who would've thought (definitely not my mom. Who tried to teach me these things 馃槶sorry mom love you)
