Ugh the urge to be productive (price my bakes) vs the urge to just play papa's games all night

In the past few months of my baking I've had major progress when it comes to ending up with a ruined batch I think in these few months I've only had a few breakdowns over my baking while in the past it's been I'd have a meltdown basically every time I baked which made it very very stressful and unfun

Now that I've tried to adopt a "Whats done is done, we can't change the past only our actions" and "every attempt is just another lesson we learn" and "mistakes are okay, just another vessel for learning" mindset it's been much more gratifying and I actually want to bake more.

Who would've thought (definitely not my mom. Who tried to teach me these things 😭sorry mom love you)

Idc if it looks ugly the happiness I got baking this with my grandma is infinitely superior to the happiness of an aesthetic bake (also the pie crust is a recipe she got from some nuns [?] And it's so fire I'm sorry but 🔥🔥yum)
