How to rid yourself of negative beliefs: . The reflections in my external world have been mirroring where I am still disregarding myself, where I am still disrespecting myself, where I am still allowing my internal intimidator to make me feel small. When I asked for guidance. I asked for all my emotions to be taken away, all my thoughts to be taken and to leave me only with a direct clear lesson. To leave me only with direct clear instructions. . I was told to write down any limiting belief that pops up in my mind. Really allow these beliefs to flow out, and onto paper. No holding back in the bad or in the ugly, and simply allowing the thoughts to be. By allowing yourself to express these thoughts, you are allowing them to release from your being. Allowing them to be held, seen, acknowledged and lovingly sent back to source or the earth to be replenished and for them to never manifest within you again. . And so I am writing, writing all the self judgments I have been holding on to for way too long. In allowing these thoughts to be expressed I can feel myself distancing from them. I’m just super fucking bitter that once the flint water crisis got it’s 15 minutes of fame people stopped giving a shit. The water is still poisoned, people! Donations have plummeted and people have been forced back into drinking and bathing with the water! The medical effects of this are astounding, cases of legionnaires disease have skyrocketed, people are having seizures, people are having weird rashes break out over their body, people (including me!) are having their blood poisoned, and it’s not just lead! it’s coliform bacteria! it’s THMs! it’s all in the water and it gets into the bloodstream and breaks down blood vessels, causing bruising and petechiae and internal bleeding and no one gives a shit anymore and it’s only gotten worse like how many people are going to have to die until people realize this is still a problem

One of the biggest lessons in allowing myself to trust more and want to control less I've been learning is patience. I am an Aries, with my natal moon in Gemini, which makes for me to be a naturally impatient person. I've noticed that I'm very impulse driven. . In a sense I have always known that if you truly want something, the universe will somehow make it happen. However when "deciding" to live for your highest purpose, you will soon discover that life is no longer about what you thought you wanted, but more so about trusting that the right things will show up at the right time. Truly trusting that the next step would make itself clear, and trusting that it is the right next step for you. . Some weeks this infinite trust comes naturally, other times it feels as though we have to learn to trust all over again. In these times when it is more difficult for to trust in the divine guidance, begin the mornings affirming: "Thank you Universe, for allowing me to trust more and control less." Use this affirmation as a reminder that you've chosen to live your life for the collective good of all. Reminding you that where you are right now, is exactly where you need to be. I’m super excited to announce that I canceled my trip back to the Netherlands and will be embarking on a new adventure here in New Mexico! (Thank you New Moon in Aries for your fiery energy, I think I needed a not so gentile nudge in the right direction) 🌚 . I went up to northern NM and fell in love with the magic up there.
