I have been rather tired as of late, far too many things that have to be done, and not nearly enough time to complete them all.

Life has been, well, up and down, I would say. I have been very busy, trying to keep up with all of my children's antics, though it does keep me on my toes.[He secretly finds it endearing, but he'll never admit it LOL]

So far, no children have been discovered or born, though I never know if that will change.

She makes her way over to Silco's office entry way, so as not to overexert her already weak vocal cords with more unnecessary yelling

"Jinx is trying to dye Aunt 'Vika's hair again!"

Missy exclaims, already done and tired of the bullshit being stirred up so late at night. She's already dressed for bed, gods damn it!

*He asks, making his way out of his office to see Missy pointing down the hall towards the bathroom, where Jinx is trying (and not exactly failing) to dye Sevikas hair.*

"Again?" *He says, exasperated, pinching the bridge of his nose before turning to missy.*

"I shall handle this. You go off to bed, get some rest. All that yelling isn't going to to you any good for your lungs."

*He says, putting a hand on missy's shoulder before going to sort out the warzone that is currently taking place in the bathroom.*

It's rather odd if I'm being entirely honest, 🐲. Most I would not consider friends, while others I had no idea of their existence until recently.

The stout milklady wove her way through the foot traffic on the lanes.

The air was typical for the undercity today -- yet, there was a storm passing high above: a hasty kind of storm that didn't stop to send even one drop of rain, hurrying on its way elsewhere...

But it was a storm that went on in waves: grumbling and thundering, passing broad strips of thick, inky clouds over the unseen sun.

The effect down here in Zaun, where the sky was a stranger and the daylight often diffused, was an *unceasing* strengthening and weakening of the light and loud noise between the cloud surges...like someone had dedicated themselves to playing with a dimmer switch and a stereo system, all the blasted day long.

...To be honest, it was the kind of effect that would make Springs as queasy as anything, while developing a terrific headache...

IF she hadn't been prepared, that is.

She adjusted her thick, specially-tinted goggles gratefully, and got on with things.

*knocks gently, opens the door, and carefully delivers the daily milk*

Do you not realise how dirty the last drop is? You have all this money wealth and power and yet you don't have cleaners to go and clean those ally ways, I know I'm a fucking dirty street rat but Jesus go clean your bins they stink

I was not aware that it was that bad. Granted, it does get incredibly busy at night, which can be difficult for the cleaners to keep up with.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I may have to consider re-evaluating the cleaning budget.

That would depend on the type of metal.

I know copper dissolves when in contact with it, but iron is completely safe.
