@tomfooleryandclownishshenanigans @ciaraswritings I was able to speak with the Head Librarian of Gotham City Public Library. I approached her a couple of evenings ago after work when she was closing the building and we talked for a few minutes inside. After explaining the situation to her and since she owes me a couple of favors, she agreed to allow us to have the interview in the library on the condition that we don’t make it public to the press and that the lights cannot be seen from the outside so as not to raise suspicions. This could put her job at risk. Once we have the place, please tell me when it’s convenient for you to arrange the interview.

By Martha Kane I assume you mean the maiden name of Martha Wayne, Bruce Wayne's murdered mother. And Ms. Kate Kane comes from a wealthy Jewish family. No, I am not related to the Wayne Family or the Kane Family. I think I’d know it through my bank account and my property and yet I am a middle class woman in Gotham. And now it's my turn to ask you back: do you see me as an eco-terrorist mass murderer bisexual villain?

Well, if you wanted to meet me there for the interview that would have to be after hours. My presence there could break the calm and silence of the place and it might become soon viral causing to attract certain unwanted visitors. And for meeting after hours I should first ask permission from the Head Librarian.

If you like books and poetry, Mr. Kent, may I suggest a visit to Gotham City Public Library. It has magnificent copies and librarians there will attend to you nicely and professionally. It's one of the things Gotham can be proud of. Although I suppose you’ve already visited it on some occasion.

I hope you understand I can’t just leave Gotham. That’s why I’d appreciate if you could come and pay us a visit. Do you know Gotham well, Jack? We all know that Killer Croc has tried to eat Batman. But I think that’s stupid, because if you get the opportunity to kill Batman, you have to have some evidence so people will actually believe you.

If you were a super-villain, how would you tell the world that you had killed Batman?

That's an interesting thought and I completely agree with you, Chiara. If someone had the opportunity to kill Batman (and let's hope that doesn't happen for the sake of our city), I'm sure he/she’d go public and brag about it. Although it’d be dangerous for that criminal because he’d become the focus of everyone's attention, his ego could not resist the temptation of letting everyone know what he/she’s done and thus instill fear in citizens and respect in criminals.

So if I were a supervillain and thought like one, I’d look for an unscrupulous reporter (and believe me I know a few myself) to give him/her an exclusive interview on TV where Batman's corpse would be shown. Obviously I’d take my precautions and the interview would be recorded somewhere in the city to be broadcast later.

Now I’m just curious… what would you do if you got to kill Batman? Please feel free to answer, or anyone else who’s reading this and wants to take part in this hypothetical situation.

That woman was a doctor who trafficked homeless people. She was paying two guys who drove a van around town to find homeless people for her with false promises of shelter, hot meals, and a soft bed to sleep in. But they were actually used for some experiments and then vanished for good.

The helping hand, Donny, was going to be her next victim.

Have you ever teamed up with Wonder Woman and if so, what was the case/adventure?

A few years ago an exhibition of civilizations and ancient art was held in Gotham brought from Washington. One night some antiques were stolen and Batman told me Commissioner Gordon wanted to meet me. It seemed strange to me but apparently the Commissioner's daughter, Barbara Gordon, Head Librarian at Gotham City Public Library, told her father I could help the police solve the case. Thanks to her knowledge, Ms. Gordon had helped me in previous cases involving antiques, so I guess she thought of me.

When I arrived at the Commissioner's office, I met him and Ms. Diana Prince, the Smithsonian curator who was in Gotham. She told me all the details of the stolen pieces and their incalculable value. She seemed like a super intelligent and learned woman. Her concern made me realize that she took the theft personally.

I promised her I’d do my best to solve the case and that same night I stopped by the Gotham City Exhibition Hall in search of any evidence that might have gone unnoticed by the police. And that's where I met her. I’d heard about her and even seen her in the media, but I can say Wonder Woman’s more impressive and intimidating in person. Her tall, muscular figure made me feel self-conscious around her. Let's say I was a mere mortal girl and she was a demigoddess.

Although I should give almost all the credit to Cleo (I remember her name) here. I tried to protect her and her two little kids from that maniac just to be shot by him with a strange gun that knocked me out for a while. I was kind of trapped in a dream until I could break out of that cage. And then Cleo acted just in time.

Batgirl gets a little help from from a sister - the violent misogynist’s girlfriend no less. “Enough, Lou!” KA-BONG!! indeed. I also love the guy’s dazed riposte while Batgirl ties him up - “Women…”
